Recently went with my son to open a college account. Was very appreciative of the patient and professional interaction we had with Mr. Thornton. Looking at his card, I just realized that he's one of the Private Client Bankers, which we are not, but he treated us with the same kindness and courtesy as if we were. Many thanks.

I had a problem with an ATM check deposit, so I asked the staff for help. They were very nice, and they explained how it could be resolved. It took a few days for my check to come back to me, but then I was able to come in and redeposit it with a teller. In the future I will be making deposits with a teller rather than an ATM, because that way if there a problem it can be addressed right away. Also, the people are very helpful. This is my closest branch, so I got there fairly often. I am happy to recommend them for having great customer service.

Chase is about to lose me as a customer after many years because of poor customer service. All I need is a name change, which has been straightforward for other banks. Workers are polite and give clear instructions but even if you follow instructions exactly, it gets you nowhere. They have asked me for the same info for the third time. Frustrating.

Chase is about to lose me as a customer after many years because of poor customer service. All I need is a name change, which has been straightforward for other banks. My wife and I love banking here. We drive further away from a a CHASE that's closer specifically to deal with them. Simone has been extremely helpful. Simone is highly professional, knowledgeable . Everyone there is . !

When someone tells you they will take care of your issue and just blows you off that is totally unacceptable. Chase should FIRE all the tellers at this pace as they are liars. After multiple attempts and reassurance they said a wrongful charge (mistake by chase) would be removed from my checking account and still nothing. How do incompetent people end up getting a job!!

So, I opened up a Chase checking account in 2011, since the new branch was close to my home, what a big mistake. I should have checked out their fee schedule and policies closer. I made a deposit on 11/23 from my business account to my personal checking account at Chase. Despite the fact that the money left my business account the very next day, Chase decides to put a 10 day hold on my deposit 12/3, with no access to my funds. I tried to talk to the manager, who lied to me. From top management on down, this bank does not care about its customers. In fact, Chase does not even accept US currency of coins. Do yourself a favor, and find a small local bank that you can talk to real people who care.

The management team changed and it's horrible. I've been going there for my company's deposits for years and the new management here is forcing us into a key drop when the owner clearly stated no. You can't force companies to do what you want. Your a bank and you take our money. Everything outside of that is none of your business. Now I have to drive the opposite direction just deposit for my company. The other chase bank is nicer and respects our requests but I'm annoyed that I can't go to the bank convenient for us. When you get a new manager we can come back till then I won't be disrespected by a bank.

the people who worked here tried to talk me out of buying checks, saying there isn't a single reason that anyone needs a check when they trust their phone to do stuff. closing my account from here

Worst branch ever ; wouldn't cash my check which didn't make sense bc I never had a problem before but also seemed a little racist as they stamped the back of my check making it seem like it was fraud when it clearly was from my job ; I was in my damn scrubs. Way to treat a first responder! Won't be going back to this chase ever again !
