Purchased a 6k set and *************** does not match on the pieces AT ALL. Crate and ****** does not want to correct this a return the pieces. DISGUSTING customer service! Im appalled

My wife and I bought a beautiful living room set from Crate & Barrel. The couches were available immediately, and were delivered promptly. Great Ecperience.The oversized chair wasn’t in stock, and the timeframe for its availability was accurate. Apparently My wife and I had some miscommunication about delivery/pickup… and KRISTY METTE rallied her team to rectify the situation and our mistake in a very prompt and professional matter! She was very communicative throughout the process and no doubt went out of her way to accommodate us and make everything go smoothly. We truly appreciate everything KRISTY METTE did for us, going above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend her or Crate & Barrel enough…. Great Experience.

I am a new mom and fairly recent Crate and Barrel customer. I started shopping there precisely for children's furniture and I'm disappointed to report that 3 out of the 4 purchases I've made for my son's nursery were defective. The first crib I purchased arrived with chipping paint, I called customer service who said they'd send a replacement but never did. When I followed up I was told the crib was discontinued and offered a comparable crib which turned out to be more expensive. I was unable to leave a bad review for a discontinued product Fast-forward and now the expensive replacement crib has a piece of decorative metal trim that keeps popping out and I'm concerned my toddler son will we l get hurt on. I contacted crate and Barrel and they requested pictures and a detailed history of your piece. The crib had never been moved, was assembled were it sits and used for 4-5 months **** I was told they could do nothing for me as they had already met their customer service obligation when they replaced the first defective crib. Again this crib was discontinued so I couldn't leave a negative review. So let me get this straight - Crate and Barrel sells defective children's furniture at not so cheap prizes that they may or may not make an effort to replace depending on whether they have replaced OTHER defective items? Oh and since these items are discounted you can't warn other prospective shoppers not to buy children's furniture there?! Not extremely fair or professional!!

Do NOT buy furniture from this business. I had the worst experience purchasing the Axis sectional which took over 14 months to order, replace every part, was promised multiple times that they’d provide me with compensation for all of my lost wages waiting for their defected parts to get delivered, only to be cancelled after waiting numerous times without notice. Their quality, customer service and warehouse is poor-in my personal experience. Shame on them and their lies. They won’t deliver on their promises. Go elsewhere!!!

I have had nothing but great experiences. This is the only place I would recommend getting a wedding registry at. Always super kind with returns and exchanges and when my sofa dropped in price a month after I ordered they gave me a credit. Always happy with my interactions with the sales staff and customer service.

I'm currently looking for the number for HR for this company they got three different numbers and the same one woman answers the phone for all three numbers. ?? I asked for the hr resources on the chat box on their website. And would you believe the girl directed me to a website that suggested I get a lawyer ??

BecUse you can’t give zero stars. We received a marked up and damaged couch. We told the driver to not leave but he had my nephew sign and took off. We were lied to about a “loaner” program until we received a replacement couch. No one calls back. They say we have it and signed for it. Amex won’t credit us the money because it was “signed for”. The delivery company picked it up later the same day and now we have no couch and have paid 5600. The customer service rep that helped us QUIT because she is so disgusted at the lack of help and how terrible the company has become. No one will help. No one. You guys ARE HORRENDOUS.

My experience with Crate & Barrel has been phenomenal compared to similar companies. I ordered multiple pieces of furniture (dining room table, chairs, buffet, cabinet) in April. They all arrived either on time or early. The expected delivery dates were all accurate even for backordered items and not just a standard 3 months..like another company I can think of. As items became available in stock, I was able to contact customer service and they scheduled separate deliveries at no additional charge. I was able to contact customer service over chat, only had to call once with a no wait time, and spoke to the same person over email. I was notified about deliveries in advance and everything arrived as expected. My experience seriously exceeded my expectations.

We received a faulty sofa purchased from C&B website. What followed was hours on the telephone and hundreds of emails just to arrange a simple replacement (which still hasn't happened). The customer service agents DO NOT communicate or share notes. We have to explain the entire situation all over again in every single e-mail which is then answered by somebody else. This is possibly the worst customer support system I have ever encountered - it seems to be confusing and inefficient by design. Even IKEA does a better job (at a fraction of the cost). Fail. Avoid or it will drive you crazy. You have been warned.

Previous employee at a distribution center. I’ve tried contacting every HR member from my previous job location, have not received a call back. Have tried getting ahold of someone at corporate and literally cannot get through to them. I would not recommend working for this company EVER. Literally the worst at getting back to people especially in serious scenarios.

awful demeaning, condescending managers and associates at the deer park, killdeer IL store. Do not give this store your time and money they are horrible people, cars won't even stop for pedestrians going in and out of this dying plaza. the employees and managers were humiliating and bullying. DON'T SHOP HERE, I HOPE IT GOES OUT OF BUSINESS
