Automated phone system takes you in circles cannot talk to someone whoever gave the green light to this system needs to be fired CVS is going to lose customers over this stupid system

Medication was destroyed by ups and calling in to CVS for a replacement was a wast of 4 or 5 phone calls. I will be changing insurance now.. 05/10/2025

Cvs in Lindenhurst used to do well but lately the lack of communication is rampant and the lies even worse. You have to be your own advocate on your txs and health. I'll be talking g to not our own insurance Co but with pharmacy manager.
