Switched to this CVS pharmacy based on positive online reviews. I have not been disappointed. Great drive thru service. Competent and friendly staff. Clean and well managed store. Previously used Walgreens, but their pharmacy services have become a disaster. Walgreens would mysteriously cancel my refills and never contacted my provider when a new prescription was required. Also impossible to talk to anyone in Walgreens stores. Endless hold times and then you’re disconnected. Glad I switched to CVS.

I don't get over to CVS often just as there's Walgreens closer to our house but stopped in over here to grab a couple things and was pleasantly surprised. This is definitely one of the nicer stores and the staff were very friendly so if I'm in the area definitely going to make this my go-to CVS.

Professional, fast and kind staff. Honestly my friend is from the area and recommended it. I recently moved and this is my new go to spot. Make an appointment. You won’t regret it imo.
Good music. Cool art. Good cuts.

DONT GO TO CVS TO GET PASSPORT PICTURES! I went to CVS to get my passport photo done. I went to the passport center to renew my passport when they told me that my photo my done wrong. The background was not the right color, my hair was all over my face, and overall, they said that the size of the face was completely wrong. After this, I went back to 2 MORE CVS's and none of them did it right! I don't recommend taking passport photos at CVS.

The absolute WORST!!! You're better off dying than waiting for their pharmacy. It's less painful

Nobody picked up phone call all morning. Pharmacy was closed when I drove over to pick up my prescription around lunch time. No information provided to customers.

Due to staffing issues, the pharmacy drive-up is closed without notice. I am transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Do not ever get your prescriptions delivered. I had ordered my diabetes medication to be delivered on the morning of June 11th online and an hour later, Steve from the pharmacy called to inform me that he turned away the driver because he didn't bring a cooler to transport it. Steve explained my prescription must be chilled, or it loses its potency, which is new to me, considering I had picked it up from them for the past 6 months without any instruction to do so. I told Steve this, however, he brushed me off and said to call back the next day and see if anyone else could help me. Quickly, I investigated Steve's information, and he was wrong about it being chilled, so I called back and told him. He agreed with me and said it will be delivered to me that day. I waited and waited, and it never arrived. The next morning, I called CVS and waited exactly an hour in the queue, no one was picking up. I called an #800 and they were helpful, concerned, and patched me right through to that CVS, where the pharmacist answered the phone, "What you got for me this time?" It was Steve...and he was just as unhappy to hear from me than I was to hear from him. I told Steve my prescription didn't arrive, and he cut me off, trying to talk over me that he'll have it out today. I wasn't going to let him cut me off, and I felt he needed to know that I'm on a scheduled dose and must have it, and he cut me off again, and proceeded to lament that he can't be expected to do everything, he has to deal will the window, the register, the phone, and deliveries, and he's just one person, but it'll arrive asap. I waited all afternoon and by 4:00pm, I knew it wasn't arriving as Steve said. I called back and got a different person, and as I explained how I needed my delivery and if she could check on it, her response was, "I'm only here for the day, I normally don't work at this location, and I don't know anything about deliveries, so I'll connect you to someone else." Then I got Victoria...and while I repeated the mysterious tale behind my delivery, she was muttering under her breath and not listening to me. Frustrated, and needing my prescription, I told her to forget the delivery and I'll find a ride to pick it up---then I told her I was already charged for the delivery and could she issue a credit. Victoria told me she doesn't do that. I asked who does and she said no one. I said I was charged by CVS, so someone else has to issue credits, and she said they don't do the charging, it's another service I need to go through. I asked which service and Victoria said she didn't know. I asked to speak to a manager and she said they didn't have a manager. I said someone must be in charge, and she said there is a store manager, but he isn't in and she didn't know his name. I asked if anyone oversees the deliveries and makes sure they get picked up. Victoria said they do not do that. An hour later, I come to pick up the prescription at the window, and it's Victoria, and she couldn't find it. It took her 15 minutes to locate it. This experience absolutely floors me. Imagine if you're at death's door and only CVS can save you, and you're stuck with Steve and Victoria.

I needed a PCR test on Thursday, 04/13/23. I made an appointment for 11:00AM that day. When I arrived there, I was told that the person who conduct the test will not be there till 01:00PM. They made an appointment for me for 01:30PM. When I arrived there, I was told that the person (nurse) called at 01:00PM, saying that she isn't coming to work that day. They had my phone number, but did not bother to call me and tell me that before I got there. I went there twice, sick and painful (they knew that) for nothing. It did not look like they cared!!! I will never go there again!!!!
