I am a new client to State Farm and the Doug Methner Agency. In particular, my team rep at the agency is David Oakley. He has been very helpful in making the transition from my previous carrier. He and the agency have been attentive to details, and have been willing to make any desired customizations to my policies with a minimum of issues. And I have found that the State Farm rates thus far are quite competitive--so I am saving some money over my previous carrier as well!

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Doug's group at State Farm. We originally switched to State Farm when we moved to Chicago in 2012, and bundled our house and car insurance. One hopes to never need to use it, but since that time I have totaled a fairly new car, replaced a roof and, very recently, had a catalytic converter stolen. Each time Doug made it a very painless procedure, both in advice and in processing. State Farm did exactly what we bought insurance for, and did it immediately. I absolutely recommend Doug as an agent.
