I just had to write a review of Countryside Animal Clinic, because they have given the most incredible care to all of my pets. My 10 year old French bulldog, Bruno, recently became very ill. We had to make the decision to put him down as he was starting to have seizures and decline quickly. Mary, Countryside's manager, got us in quickly. It was a tough situation as I was flying back in from out of town. Having to do something like this with your beloved pet is so, so difficult. The staff at Countryside, from Naomi at the front desk, from the gentle care from Dr. Mary Hannah and to the love of Bruno from vet tech Chris, made what could have been the worst life experience much more bearable. They treated Bruno with so much love and respect. Dr. Hannah was SO kind in how she spoke to Bruno gently and lovingly. This was so calming and reassuring for me and Bruno. Chris held and hugged Bruno giving him little treats with tears in her eyes. Countryside REALLY loved my dog. I also can't forget to mention Dr. Malitz and all the other amazing stuff there. They literally have no turnover of staff which speaks volumes! I have had a rough couple of months and have sent countless emails and made many phone calls out of concern, and they were always kind, patient and helpful. Thank you Countryside for the incredible love and care you gave to Bruno.

Stay away from this place. Incompetent, to the point of your animal suffering and having permanent damage as a result of the poor decisions made by their vet. The "treatment" they provided was to just to go home and do nothing. Our German shepherd now has a permanent ear damage. I wish I researched this earlier online and didn't listen to these crooks. If you care about your animal, stay away from them. They want to do little or nothing and get your money. That seems the model there. Read their real, negative reviews, not the crap they post or their friends post for them. Can't wait for them to get closed for malpractice

This clinic is outstanding. Fantastic front desk, you know you're in caring hands the moment you call. Dr Malitz is is the best veterinarian I've dealt with in 25+ years of owning dogs and cats.

They took care of our dog for 16 years and we had nothing but excellent care. The vets are caring and gentle and always called us back right away if we needed any advice. The front desk staff loves animals and have always been lovely. I highly recommend this animal clinic.

My dog was wounded at a daycare. This daycare has an affiliation with Dr Mary Hannah. Dr Mary Hannah diagnosed and provided a treatment plan via photos. I asked Dr Mary Hannah if her professional opinion was to have my dog seen by a vet in person given she is at a vet conference in Florida. I alerted this to her boss Dr Mike Malitz as this did not sit right with me. Dr Mike Malitz called and left a vm based on what I wrote in the review above which I dictated to his receptionist. See photo for a transcribed copy of voicemail from my phone. He showed concerned within that voicemail. When I spoke to Dr Mike Malitz, I calmly reiterated the above version of what I knew to be true. I stated that since Dr Hannah worked at this vet which he runs, I felt it was incumbent upon me to alert the owner/managing director. My phone transcript from my call with Dr Mike Malitz goes as such, (from Mike) "you should take personal responsibility for this issue instead of calling me up to yell at me. He then told me to go FCK myself in a crazed manner and said do t ever call that practice again. He also stated my dog deserved to have these injuries since me as the owner was such an as-hole." Before I had a chance to respond he hung up on me. I will let any potential and current clients draw their own conclusions about the professionalism of the veterinarians at this clinic. Dr. Malitz has cared for four of our dogs over the years, handling both puppies and the aged. He is kind to our pets and their human friends as well!

Service is terrible. Charges without quoting. Receptionists not knowledge or responsive.
