The worst warranty company on the market I paid 1 full year of payments and they wouldn't fix the engine problems or turbo chargers on my 2013 x5 this is the 2nd time they've denied my claim do not do business with them go to another company don't make the same mistake I made please stay away from endurance warranty company

I called endurance for the 1st time & was told I was cancelled yet they sent a bill Jan 14 2024 due Feb 7 here I needed help & they cut me loose for no reason I paid them $471 over 2 months & get shafted for what

If I could give zero stars, I would. The on boarding staff and customer service are wonderful. However, if you want to cancel for any reason; it is another story. I dealt with Jesse who, claims to be an account manager. He was so rude and condescending. He asked why I didn't know my own finances before signing up. He further insisted that I don't understand my coverage that I have with another company. Endurance seems to have somewhat of a good reputation but, I will never do businesswith Endurance because of Jesse's condescending attitude towards customers who want to cancel. CarShield doesn't treat people like that.

They are not professional and worst of all fraud and they only refund 5% of what you monthly for a warranty when you decide to cancel and they're not legit about warranty coverage.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I don’t normally write reviews unless it’s very warranted and this is one of those times. They will argue about the name of an item covered so they can say it’s technically not covered. Your contract will say specific items are covered and those same exact items will also be listed in the exclusion list. All the representatives and managers agreed with us that we are correct however whomever is above them said it was an “error in the contract that it was on the inclusion list”. How is that the consumers fault? They also informed us that due to the error they then changed everyone’s contracts after the fact. I’m pretty sure that is illegal! A contact is a legally binding document that you cannot go back and change after the fact without an addendum that all parties sign.So far, not a single “covered” item has actually been covered! So many shady and frustrating things happening here! I would strongly urge anyone considering this company to listen to this warning! It is a complete waste of money, time, and sanity! You would be in a better position by taking that money and setting it aside in a savings account to use in case you need it.

If I could give 0 stars I would . This is the worst warranty company with the worst staff . Their standards of customer service are poor and they never NEVER answer the phone . So , to fail a claim takes much longer than any other warranty . People , please avoid this company . Take your business else where. Like Integrity or Proguard.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I took my care to an auto repair last year. Key phob was going off when rain got in it. Tire and oil change with filter. Everything was covered under warranty. Since then my car has had new problems such as no air conditioning or heat. Dashboard periodically goes black where I can’t see mileage , speed limit gas amount, nothing and it’s hard to shut car off when it does this. It takes longer and longer for dash board display to light up. Recently over an hour. I have to cancel driving trips because of course it’s not safe to drive like that. I tried to get car repaired on a Friday before holiday and repair shop said they won’t release my car when I bring it in again until endurance pays them. So I didn’t take car in because endurance isn’t open on weekends and nobody to ask about claim to make sure car repairs are paid So I contacted endurance and they said like before just have repair call endurance. I just paid $144.00 monthly rate a few days ago. I told my grandchildren finally the heat and air conditioning will be fixed. The windows fog up and it’s unsafe to drive like that. So I’ve had to wipe windows and buy window spray and cloths because at any time widows can get foggy. Defrost doesn’t work . I literally had ice on the inside of car windows during blizzard. Very dangerous with visibility and very cold to endure. So I made an appointment today to take care into repair shop. I take my $100 deductible, endurance warranty card and phone numbers for new tire because endurance sent out 2 months ago a tire repair man and two nails were in another tire and I’ve been driving on a donut tire. So endurance told me they’d cover another tire up to $150 like before. Yet the repair shop told me once again they will keep my car until endurance pays them. Then repair shop enlightened me that the reason they are stressing that they’ll hold my car if they are approved for repair this time is because the repair months ago it took endurance 2 weeks to pay for 1 repair and 3 days for another etc. The repair shop had to call and call and call to get their money for services rendered. Today I stood with a Sprain sore ankle , low battery phone and other physical pain trying to get a simple understanding of if they’re going to pay repair when services are rendered. I asked a Billy in customer service at endurance if she could transfer me to account management and she said no I’m transferring you to claims. I said ma’am don’t stand in the way of my request. She said why do you want to talk to account management because they’re going to say the same thing. I said they told me if I ever had a problem to contact account management I said they’re good at resolving concerns and answering questions explaining terms. She said no I’m transferring you to claims. I said you’re being rude. She told me that I’m being rude instead. I’m a minister so I’m very patient and kind. I ended up yelling at her a little lowly , she transferred me to claims anyway and I had already told her that I talked to claims and they didn’t help. She’s evil and very unprofessional. Mind you I was in the repair shop office so no one is going to want to do business with endurance. They’re rude to customers and unprofessional and disrespectful and slow pay to claims. So then I called back and a Craig from account management had me on phone for an hour and he was trying to play mind games and act dumb or is dumb and kept saying they’re suppose to call us first .I said Duh I had repairs done befor. Then he was trying to jumble up repair from months ago last year with today’s appointment.Then finally I said look I ain’t got time for this nonsense just let me speak with a previous account manager that has left notes on account. He said all managers were out to lunch. and he’d have a manager call me back. I just got a call while typing this and the representative said he was fro resolution department and he kept being rude like if you’ll let me talk.Well duh he doesn't details so I try to explain.Finally he is so racist and rude I yell at him.

I wouldn't even give them a star horrible customer service and the won't cover the motor that they wanted torn down for failed parts wich is the motor I am speaking to a lawyer at this point they are nothing but a scam that rip people off and refuse to pay for a failed engine

Have had this warranty company since 2020 on my vehicle and my wife’s. Have always been good to work with. In 2021 my wife’s Audi Q5 needed a new timing chain and after supplying them with the service records they replaced it as well as a rear differential. I had a couple minor issues with my 17 F150 and they fixed it with no problems as well.

I purchased a warranty for my vehicle after 7 months I sold the car on Oct.8,2023 the gentleman who purchased wanted to keep the warranty going. I contacted Endurance to explain I sold my car they said there would be a $50 fee and they emailed me a transfer form for the new buyers name and information Nov 30th my account was charged for the warranty I contacted them again to make them aware for whatever reason they found it so difficult to transfer I spoke with several individuals promising to take care of this situation 2 individuals even requesting I resend another transfer fee thats insane. The following month in Dec another individual called stating my husband and I were late making the payment I at that time asked for a supervisor who refunded us our Nov payment and supended warranty payment for Dec the new owner and I got on a 3way call requesting the updated information showing him as current owner. 2 weeks later we contacted them again because he had not yet received any information via email, regular mail or phone. At this time they still had not transferred warranty days later we called again to verify if changes were made again Nothing..they had not even asked for current owners information by phone to attempt to rectify. I was so exhausted by this time I asked that they cancel all my warranties on all 3 vehicles and refund my monies. The following month Jan 2024 they called me again stating we were late and needed to pay. Days prior we received a letter stating they were about to cancel due to failure to pay. The new owner felt maybe he should use another company I agreed this was made so difficult. After speaking with another representative i was informed not only had the warranty not yet been transferred but my current warranties were placed on hold. Days later 2 representative called me back to back requesting payment for the same vehicle I sold months earlier at this time I'm angry I no longer explain to each representative when they call I simple ask that they read the notes which they should do prior to contacting any customer both of them offered to get a supervisor on the line after speaking with them they stated they would email billing to get this in motion. Again nothing days later the new owner contacted me again checking on the status being that we are more than half way through the month and he's trying to pay we called again via 3way spoke with a representative who read the notes she said what we've been saying for months (why is this so difficult) she removed my husband and I adding current owner on I'm not sure yet if this has been resolved yet but she did more than any of the others attempted. I WILL never OFFER ANY REFERRALS ever this was made more difficult than it should have been.

Had to use my Endurance warranty. Was sadly disappointed in the outcome. Had to argue with them at When I told them I felt like a widowed elderly woman on a fixed income who was being taken for a ride. When I told them that they found another $400 that would be covered. That, or so I thought, put the cost close to my $100 deductible. When I picked up my vehicle the cost was $300. It would have been $700 if I hadn't argued about the $400. I still feel as though I was taken advantage of. The people I spoke to were far from friendly. I can honestly say I would never recommend Endurance to anyone!!
