Steve, Jannie, and Celine have been great to work with. They formed a strong team to support our mortgage application, were very responsive to all my questions, and kept me on track throughout the process. The interest rate they offered was very competitive in the market. In the end, we were able to close almost a week earlier than originally scheduled. I would definitely consider working with them again for a future mortgage.

The team are very professional and efficient. The closure date is kind of rush for us, however, with Weine Shi and Steve Song's help, we got our mortgage successfully approved in 14 days, that's really amazing. When we have questions, they are ready to help and answer, even on weekends. Would highly recommend.
