I have to say, Luis is hands down best employee- not only at FedEx but perhaps anywhere! The customer service was above and beyond. I needed help- and had no idea what I was doing. Luis was so kind to sit next to me to help with the computer and walked me through EVERY step of the way. Where can you find amazing employees like this now days? Well, here you can! What a courteous and helpful and polite young man. Luis is the epitome of what customer service is all about and he needs to be recognized for this. I can’t say enough nice things. Thank you, Luis.

Absolute nightmare and a horrible experience.
A significantly heavyset man with a beard treated me like absolute garbage when he asked me about the condition of a battery to a laptop I was shipping. There was nothing wrong with my battery, I asked, 'does it matter what condition the battery is in?' and he stated my regulatory hazard badging was improper. This was the first I've heard of this so I was curious. He told me I set off 'red flags' by asking. I said I'd happily open the package and allow you to inspect it - Then he started talking under his breath to me after tendering the package and giving me a receipt. I realized that I can't trust this FedEx location, my package may never make it now. It's an absolute shame that you allow people to treat customers like this. No customer should ever be trash talked under the breath of the employee. Especially one that looks and acts like comic book guy from the Simpsons.
I requested he release the package back to me. I will find a different place to ship it. Best of luck, you should make this location the FedEx Wiener Circle and then I wouldn't be so upset.

My mood was spoiled by visiting the prin center to an employee named Karen, she is not friendly, refuses to help, behaves rudely and impudently. I contacted with a request, which I print constantly in different branches of fide kso. And only in this branch with this employee such an unpleasant situation occurred.
And the second employee named Daniel is the complete opposite, very correct professional, who helped did everything quickly and very professionally, only thanks to this employee and I will leave not 1 but 3.

I wouldn't come here anymore, the self printing never work and asking help from the service guys is a waste of time.
The service person, Robin, didn't even make an attempt to help.

Rude and unhelpful staffer who also indicated that this location has had package thefts. If you can, chose the UPS Store instead! The one in Deerfield has superb staff. And definitely go to a different FedEx location to drop off your packages. I recommend Inbox and More in Bannockburn.

Really helpful, customer service-oriented professional named Jason there who recently took care of a tricky shipment for me. This location has also been my go-to place for years for printing -- everything always works well. Good place to get things done with confidence.

Most of the staff are nice and friendly. There is a mean woman who didn’t greet me when I come in the store, told me to go to the other counter and then I realized the other counter is printing and I need to ship. So I ended up being the 3rd one to get served when I’m the first to get in the store. The woman was giving me looks and exchanged looks with her customer. She was rude, unkind and shouldn’t be in the business of service. I don’t know why these behaviors are acceptable to FedEx. She was 10 feet away from me and didn’t bother to listen to what I need. Won’t be coming to this location again. What a terrible experience! If you want to be ignored and then silently judged by a FedEx person, you find the perfect location!

Very unhelpful. Had a print set up to be printed in Glenview for pickup the next day. When I went to pick it up they said their machine had broken and to go to Northbrook. Arrived in Northbrook and no one was there except me and one of the employees. He said he couldn’t get to me today because he was backed up. I explained to him I was in a bind and was at another corporate store and they had a machine down. He wouldn’t help. Avoid this location and go to Glenview.

I just drove 20 mins to the only location in the area and I need an id to send a paper document - they won’t even look at scanned copies of passport and ID and physical credit cards to suffice - even the airport will let you fly with this if you’ve lost or forgotten your ID!! Ontop of which I can go home and print my own shipping label and ship the document myself WITHOUT the need for ID!!! The service person Robin had no idea about any of these processes and couldn’t even tell me if there was a location closer to my area??? What kind of system is this? It may not be Robins fault for not knowing this - seems like Fedex isn’t creating a good customer service based foundation / system. Why would I need ID to mail something???
