They lost documents sent to me on April 30 from Great Britain. I intervened several times. I went to their office 2 times and reported it to customer phone service. The documents reached Northbrook facility on May 2nd and the trace of them was lost.
My package probably is somewhere on a shelf or with a driver in the car. Nobody knows, and they are sorry.

Garbage customer service. Unwilling to print a label to return a product. He seemed to enjoy making it a pain for me. Suggested I go to a library to print. 6:30pm on 11/19.

I’m so surprised how FedEx still survived with their terrible way of doing the business. I never had positive experience with them. The most frequent problem I encountered is that their delivery person/ driver lies about the delivery. They didn’t come to deliver but marked in the system that they tried to deliver but no one is at home. Because I know they lie, I always make sure I’m standing by and watching right in front of the window and door whenever I have some important delivery. By doing so, I’m confident to claim they lie and I call back to complain. This doesn’t change anything. They still lie and oftentimes it’s the sender who decides which courier company gonna be used rather than the consumer/ recipient. This is not competency issue, this is business ethics issue. Liars should never deserve to get any business PERIOD.

I kindly request the manager or who ever is in charge of this location to please provide some basic training, as I just got a call from Ms. Lewis who was very unprofessional. Our package got rerouted to this location as fedex tried to deliver on MLK day and when I said we were closed on MLK day, she said, no fedex didn't close for MLK day. I had to repeat 3 times before she paid attention to listen to what I was saying before yelling at me because our location was closed when the driver tried to deliver a package.

I live in an apartment building, drivers never bother to call to get signature, the phone number is just there, I even created a Fedex deliver manager instruction, but no, nobody have the time to call, just leave a doortag and run away.
