I haven’t shopped in forever 21 in quite some time and now I remember, why. I bought a dress that was a size too big and came to exchange it without a receipt, tags on never worn actually multiple tags never removed. First girl didn’t even know her own return / exchange policy was then the manager came and told me that I can’t exchange for a different size of a brand new item that just came in stock and is visibly available as part of the largest promotions in the store and the reason is because the systems are so outdated which boggled my mind. I can’t believe that a store can’t figure out how to exchange your dress for a different size in their inventory How do you even keep track of your clothes? Sounds like a dangerous risk and compliance issue. Fair well Forever21 if it’s not the cheap clothes that will run out of style it will be your inability to process transactions. Never shopping with this company again.

Dropped in to get 2 hats that were 1/2 priced due to end of season. Was charged for more items than I purchased and didn’t notice until the next day. Called & the manager told me to come in and she would take care of it which she did after having to drive 1/2 hr there & back. I would recommend they have the cashiers count the items to ensure accuracy.

Bought a pair of cargo pants here. Along with some other clothes and I’ve only worn the pants 4 times and there’s a whole in the bottom. Also the other paid I bought the seams are starting to come undone. Not very good quality.

Look, i haven't been to forever 21 in a long time and I went with my friend yesterday to get clothes. I ended up getting a pair of jeans and a yellow cardigan. On the sale isle there were two workers who were in the sale section as well hanging up stuff like normal. The thing that made me really uncomfortable is that they kept staring at me and just like staring. I didn't thing much about it until we checked out. While the cashier was putting the clothes in the bag, she whispered to the cashier something that honestly left me shocked. She leaned and said " i think it's a transgender." Yeah. I heard it with my own ears, because i was the only one there while my freind was looking at the accessories. I am gender fluid but I was wear skinny jeans and a over sizes shirt but I don't think that i was appropriate to say that while working honestly, and infront of a costumer. I thought that it was so rude to say that and I'm honestly not coming back. But the clothes was okay.

I felt so uncomfortable in there because they follow you. The "manager" Lupita is the worst manager ever. Very unprofessional. I was not happy with that experience. I tried returning rings that I bought YESTERDAY and the first thing that came out of her mouth(not even a hello) was "so for next time make sure they're still attached with an attitude. Like ok, because I can clearly try it on when it's attached to the zip tie. After I said that comment she made a noise under a breath that was very disrespectful. If you can't be professional enough then why are you even a manager? Once again I had bought these yesterday. It's not like I wore them yesterday and returned them today. They don't make it easy to return jewelry if that's the case. I won't be buying cheap jewelry from there anymore that's forsure but do better with picking the manager because that's low expectations FOREVER21

Here's what happened to Forever 21 during Covid. The staff must have a lot of time on their hands, and they are using it wisely. The store was empty and incredibly organized during my mad dash (and I mean 1 hour before I had to be on a Zoom call) to find an outfit for a work event. The racks were neat and orderly. They now have a section for guys (was it always like that?). I haven't shopped at this store in years, and when I do it's usually for something fun and temporary for a particular outfit or something. The staff was helpful. They return policy is much improved. 60 days with your receipt. It's a good thing, because without being able to try something on with the dressing rooms closed, I bought the wrong sized dress and will have to return it. Darn! For someone who really doesn't enjoy shopping and needs to run in and out and find something quick, you'll appreciate how drama free this store is right now.

Not impressed with recent clothing offerings, though I'm sure not the targeted market customer. Quality in many items is lacking, but the prices remain low for teens and young adults. Plus sizes don't get in on the sales which is not fair to me.

There is NO plus size section. This is the first Forever 21 I've been to that doesn't have one. They actually have never had one. Ever.
