It was a nice goodwill. Many things are packed on the shelves in the hardlines area, & a very large section of the clothing is dedicated to Woman's Clothing's. Men's section of clothing I found it hard to find any short sleeve collared shirts. Each size of the section didn't have much more than 3 feet of clothing of nothing special brands. I've noticed that many of the 50% tags are missing. They could have been pulled to make more room for new items, but with much space already available, I am unsure why.
This place was a bit clean & organized other Goodwills I have visited.
I really appreciate that they have a bick rack outside the store. Much appreciated.
I wasn't able to find much today. But there's always another day for many new things to come in.

I just was at the Northbrook Dundee Road location and had a horrible experience. I had over 160 points (100 points gets you rewards) and the computer said I only had 75 so I didn’t qualify for the rewards. When the receipt printed, it said I had 160 points. I had a manger come over and she confirmed all of this but didn’t do anything to help me. I will not be shopping here again.

A heads up to anyone thinking of shopping here; We were here May 24th and racked up $34 worth of merchandise. At checkout, the total (after taxes/fees) was $47. This means that they're adding 38% in taxes.
I had asked about using my birthday discount, but that's been discontinued.

First some positives:
- Clothing is sorted well for the most part.
- Changing rooms are kept nice and are plenty.
But some notable things: There is no consideration for the state clothing is in: stains? Holes and snags? It’s all there and for the same price. Pricing in general feels random, and often expensive considering the quality and age of clothing. Brandy clothing here has high mark ups as well.
Overall, pretty standard Goodwill store. Staff seem friendly.

I like this store because it is absolutely impossible to leave here without useful and necessary things. This time I bought myself several T-shirts, sports leggings, a curtain for the bathroom, hangers, wet baby wipes, a set of Peppa Pig toys for my little daughter, a bottle of extra virgin olive oil, a set of kitchen knives, a knife sharpener and a garlic press.

Been reviewing the Goodwills in the area as I am new to thrifting and this one was huge! Very orderly and alot to choose from. I went on a Saturday too! Overall I was please at the prices and the amount of "Useful" items they had! Got some good deals. I will definitely be back. Good job as some of the other stores I have visited recently were not kept well and a bit junky. Took off 1 star for being a little cluttered without any staff organizing(would help), in some areas and having to purchase bags.

I used to love goodwill wherever I lived, but more and more Goodwill is Greedwill and I absolutely believe they have lost their original purpose. They were meant to help poor people afford clothes because they can't afford retail prices. People donate this stuff for free and greedwill is pricing themselves out of business. People PLEASE donate to salvation army Goodwill is no longer helping anyone but themselves. They don't care about helping they only care about stuffing their own pockets now. Do not donate your cars to them either, I personally know for a fact they sell the cars, they DO NOT help moms or dads with the cars to get to jobs. They are total frauds.

In these stores you can find very nice things but you have to search, the only thing that if the staff were friendlier it would be perfect
