The lady Dawn who cut my hair made me look completely terrible!!! I asked for an inch and a half off and she like cut all of my hair off because she wanted to do this bob which I didn't even ask for and now it's going to take a long time to fix my hair. Don't go to Dawn or you will get a nightmare haircut!!!!

Stylist was rushed (which was odd because there was no one else waiting), rude and cut my hair so short that I'm positive she only pretended to look at my reference pictures.

Showed up before 4pm (their stated closing time on Sundays), and it was locked, with someone standing at the front desk, who mouthed to me: “we’re closed.” Lights off inside.

This is the second time in a month that I’ve arrived at this location before 9pm (their stated closing time), and it’s locked with no one inside. Worse yet, each time, I’ve been on the wait list for the app and they knew I was coming. I will never visit this irresponsible location again.

Went there. Cut 2 of my kids hair. One he cut 2 inches two short and kept blaming him for having thin hair. It should have been at the jawbone and it was just above the ear. He has graduation tomorrow and his hair looks absolutely awful. The back is horrid and the front…I don’t know what to do for his graduation. The other kid was decent but made comments about him for having thin hair which he doesn’t ….oldest yes but does that need to be told to a kid? No. Decided to have my youngest sons hair cut somewhere else. Never coming back.

Single worst hair cut I have had in years. Stylist was rude, rushed, and didn't listen to anything I asked for. I left so angry I didn't leave a tip. And I always tip really well. This place is just horrible!!!!

Easy to schedule on the app. No waiting most of the time. Great haircut. Always looks good. In and out quickly. Nice staff of professionals. Relaxed atmosphere with pleasant conversation. Very reasonable prices with Senior discount and discounts for repeat business.

I checked in online at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday. I showed up to great clips at 7:45 to find the lights off, door locked, and 2 ladies standing at the counter in their jackets ready to leave. I pointed to the sticker on the door saying they were open until 9pm and I was "shooed" away by the lady at the desk waving her hand basically telling me to go away. If I showed up at 830 I could understand but they were supposed to be open for an entire hour and a half longer.
