Great guys there that know a lot, especially Gary. My trucks servo broke the 1st day and I brought it back in and Gary installed a new servo that was better quality. Works awesome now!

Terrible customer service. Prices are much cheaper on Amazon for same product. If product defective, you can also return it on Amazon. Hobby Town won’t let you. I am all for local businesses….except this one! Save money with Amazon.

If I could give zero Stars, I would. Don’t waste your time with bringing your radio control vehicles here for service they talk a big game but don’t know what they are doing.
I brought my R/C truck in for some upgrades and for them to check out the trans to see why it wouldn’t shift to second. To time stamp this I brought the truck in April. It took them 3 month to finally tell me that they couldn’t fix it and that there isn’t anything that they could do. So I go in yesterday to pick the truck up and find out that it was in worst shape in their possession from when I initially had dropped it off to picking it up yesterday. I have them hook up a battery to make sure everything functioned and nothing works on the truck. So now at this point I am pissed and they would do anything to help resolve this problem. The guy that was working the cashier says “it is what it is”. They are not trustworthy and they are scam artist. They will lead you on and tell you they can do it, but in reality they don’t know what they are doing. If that is the way they conduct business and you want to go to people like that they are your people, but I will never recommend or go back. Hopefully this review helps others so you don’t get scammed by these people.

They're very helpful, personable, and honest. If someone doesn't know something, they know someone who does. Honestly a very amazing shop for all hobbies carried.
