I ordered a couple things from this retailer and I am always satisfied with my product's today (12/11/2023) I emailed a customer representative ZAHID who was very helpful about an product that was not available in there warehouse to ship it out and ZAHID informed me they had to get the product from the manufacturer but instead ZAHID informed me that I can replace my product with a different product that was already available in stock. The person I emailed was very courteous and patient. I really appreciate there amazing customer service.

IF YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND YOUR STUFF DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!This was any first time ordering from ebonyline and I accidentally got the wrong color wig. No where on their website or the order confirmation email did they say that they don’t give return slips. But since I absolutely needed a new wig I just decided to ship it back myself and hope for a fast refund.When I let them know that i needed to return they said that there would be a “restocking fee”, which I’ve never heard of in my life. But the restocking fee would be subject to 20% of the purchase price.So let’s add up how much money I technically spent on this wig and then I’ll tell you how much I got back as a refund….•The wig’s total price + shipping + tax = $41.92• Shipping back to the company = $11.75In total I spent $53.67I obviously wasn’t expecting $53.67 as my refund but if you take 20% of my wig total I should get back at least $33.54…..WHY DID THESE PPL SEND ME $26?????This website is a scam fr!!! There’s no way you have all these rules about returns on products that have NEVER BEEN OPENED and then have the nerve to take $16 after making you pay to return it ?????And I’m going to KEEP contacting costumer service because this is ridiculous. Based on the money I just spent I got less than half back ????THIS PLACE IS A SCAM FR!!!!
