We have been trusting Kohn with our babies for a long time and they have never ever disappointed. You can tell how much they care as soon as you walk into the door. I could go to a closer vet, I could find a cheaper vet but the well-being of my pets makes me continue to return.If you are like me and your pets are pretty much your children you can't go wrong by coming here.

So far it’s been a good experience. Their staff removed a tumor from our dog and he has been much more active and higher energy since then. Cost was reasonable and fast service as well.

I’ve come here twice for an emergency visit, once with my cat and once with my dog, and both times the staff were beyond kind, caring, and accommodating.

I’m so happy I started taking my dog here, everyone is so friendly the vet techs and lady at the front desk. Dr. Danielle took such great care of my dog Gusto got the right tests done to diagnose him properly to find the best treatment and everything was explained to me in a way I could understand easily. The place i use to go to misdiagnosed my dog and I feel so relieved to have found a great vet who cares and finally be getting him the help he needs! thank you so much ?

What a great team of people! Wish I discovered this Animal Hospital & Dr. Greta Mann sooner. I'm always appreciative of the knowledge & compassion all the doctors and vet techs have, they care for my dogs, as if they were their own! I could see immediately, the doctors are not out to make money, but will look for the best option of care & take the extra time to explain everything in detail. Having a team who genuinely shows they love what they do for animals, as much as we love our pets, is total peace of mind for me. Thank you, Dr. Mann, and all of your staff, you are rare find.

I would like to thank dr Danielle and team for doing an amazing job ( spay ) on my pups . I am in awe at how well everything went , so informative and so nice . Front desk lady was also amazing , reassuring me that they will be fine . Was it a bit traumatic for me ? Yes , yes it was . But the girls were in good hands and I am really happy we choose Kohn Team as our vet . Many thanks once again and for being so prompt today asking for a prescription. Worth every drive !

Kohn Animal Hospital is actually pretty far from me but I think it is worth every mile - I love them and they love my pup!! They take such good care of my baby and dote on her. She LOVES coming in for her checkups and sometimes doesn’t even want to leave. We love Kohn!!

Dr. Mann and her staff consistently provide the highest quality of care for my dogs. I was instantly impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and cleanliness. Their prices are reasonable, and their communication is always timely. Highly recommend their services!

I visited for the first time with my French bulldog Blue. Our visit was nothing short but awesome! Dr. Mann took the time to listen, understand, and evaluate my pup. I did not feel rushed, or pressured. She was nothing short of amazing. My pup is already feeling so much better after 1 visit with her!

I really do not recommend anyone going here.I have referred many to this hospital. I really helped to get this hospital started. How quickly Dr Mann has forgotten this. They have changed greatly. They do not offer discounts on shots any more.There is a constant turn over of staff and now I feel they have grown to fast with three drs.now. Maybe Dr. Mann does not want to be there as much. I can be wrong but it seems that way. I dropped off a simple form for a registration to a dog park .The receptionist is the most important job. She sets the tone. This is the first person you talk to. You need the right person to do this job. It is not an easy job. You need to handle so many personalities .Dr.Mann had a few wonderful staff members doing this job. One was Jane and the other was a gentleman. I don't know what happened to them. They are never there any more. Now it seems to be anybody.The whole situation is bad. I had no idea who I was taking to through email. This person did not identify themselves. I thought I was talking to DrMann and realized I was not from the answers to my questions. She should always say this is --from Dr.Manns office. I asked many times who I was talking to, she would not respond. There was never an answer.This is common curtesy. Things get lost and distorted when you have a conversation through email or text messaging. There can be many misunderstandings.I was denied approval. I could not understand this. It made no sense to me.I get my dogs what they need every year when things are due.I never received any notification from the vets office telling me something was due. The receptionist was useless. DrMann finally emailed me in the most nasty way possible. I know everybody has problems but don't take it out on a client that has done everything to help you. She knows me. She accused me of abuse and said they have a zero policy. I do not use bad language. She knows that. I just wanted to know who I was talking to and why this happened. She believe the receptionist who did not tell the truth and not the client. She said she would send my folder back tomorrow. I told her not to. Remember, this is all through email. i offered to pay for the boratella shot which is due in two weeks. Everything else was due towards the end of next month. My dog was covered. As I said I do everything when it is due. My dogs are my children. Can you imagine if you had to do everything early every year and every year it would be earlier and earlier. I asked what is the difference between 1month early, 6 weeks early or 2 months early? I guess the receptionist thought this was abuse. I never received an answer. If you did it this way every year it bemore expensive. I really do not believe people today and how they hurt others. You do not want to push people away if you want to stay in business. I always try to help small businesses. I do not recommend any one going there. I am sorry to say the word is entitlement. The clients are down low. I have no idea what happened. You pick up a phone and talk to a client. Dr. Mann did say she would call me and did not. Everything can be corrected through a simple conversation and not through email. It seems Dr. Mann does not do this any more. I have three dogs. Am I suppose to bring two to her and one to another Dr.? She needs to remember I supported her through Covid and when she had no phones for a very long time. I have never have been so surprised of all places the vets office! I am sorry to say, I would not recommend them to anyone. I really helped Dr.Mann. Nobody deserves this treatment.

They were able to get her looked at and did all the necessary work. They were responsive with the many questions I had and easy to work with. I definitely trust them to care for my dog and highly recommend them.
