I bring them dress shirts every week (and have done so for over one year). I have not had any issues other than the occasional "quality" issue with pressing (after cleaning). They are polite and quick... can't truly ask for more!

They damaged 3 of my dress shirts when I had it dry cleaned and they had the audacity to try to return it to me and say that I would not be charged for it.Update: the manager called back and since the shirts are damaged and cant be cleaned i either get credit or file a claim to get some kind of refund. either way it sucks.Update 2. 6 months later I have not received my refund for my claim. I bet they just threw it away. crooks! Avoid them and take your business elsewhere.Update 3. No need for me to tell people I have not received my claim yet. As far as customer service goes, it’s pretty non-existent. Try a place where they care.
