One star only because of that Solar Power sales person with Lowes vest on that walks around inside the store trying to sell you unreleveant service, so annoying and inconvenient experience, to be stopped while you are rushing to grab what you need to buy, I hope the store management can change that.

Awful experience. I went in with my husband and brother in law. They walked to look around so I looked for help…as I walking towards a worker in the lighting department, he walked past me to help a male guest and signaled “one moment” to me…even though I was walking right to him….I have NEVER experienced such sexism at a store. I clearly needed help and was ignored by the staff to go help a man... And both thought it was kinda funny to make me wait and did a laughing “sorry”. After the worker answered his question, the guest had another question and they both smirked, and I said sorry again as they walked away. All I wanted to know was where standing lamps were, but clearly helping this guest was more important….Awful experience. Have never experienced that at Menards where everyone is treated respectfully. Unless you’re male shopping, I would avoid. Disgusting and disrespectful treatment.

He was a great experience. Customer service was great. Everything we need for our apartment fix it was in perfect and it was a lot of help for the people inside the store.

I have bought alot of different things from Lowe's, however your indifference over Diane Bishop's purchase of a Craftman's T100 lawn tractor is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! WE WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LOWE'S EVER AGAIN!! HEY LOWE'S.....NEVER AGAIN! And bye the way, I'm going to tell everybody to stay way from LOWE'S!!!

This place is HORRIBLE to shop by , employ are very rude and disrespectful .
I pick up my order today and went back to the store to purchase other items . They had a sale of $8.37 on GFCI Kits (electrical box, Gfci outlet and the cover ) . i got like 14 of them and when i tried to pay the cashier told me that they are $16 , i explained to her that they are on sale and i went with the person that works in that isle to show him the Yellow Sale price tag , he agree that was the item and the price . The cashier called an Store Manager i guess Tawanna ( Afro American lady around 35-40 Y.O. i'm not %100 sure that was her correct name) , the gentleman on that isle told her that the correct price is $8.37 and it must be a mistake . She refuse to honor that also she offer to sell them to me with $12 ( like it was her store and she is making her own rules ) i immediately refuse and reject her offer since the price was $8.37 . Also she was very disrespectful yelling at me that this is not the item on Sale , and me and the guy from the electrical department are wrong . From her behavior i feel like this was a racial targeting and it can happened the other way to .
Being a contractor , and having an account with them i will stop shopping at Lowes and move my business at Home Depot or Menards .

I had a very pleasant experience today at the store in Northbrook. I was greeted by every employee I met and offered to assist. When I went to pay, a very nice young employee, I think her name is Sarah, was courteous and very helpful. She was also quick and expedient. Keep up the great service, guys.

I used to purchase all my needs for my cleaning business at this store! Yesterday I had a cart full with cleaning supplies almost a $400 I had to scan them all by myself since the store has NO registers anymore! The associate who was standing there was so sick she was wearing a double mask gloves and the manager approached her telling her he can’t give her 10 days no pay leave! Now I scanned ALL my items paid put them back in my car then I come back for some garden soil. Same associate was there again I scanned all my items paid for it then she approached my cart counting over and over I was showing her my receipt but she kept asking did you scan this did you scan that!? Making me so uncomfortable! I will never shop here any for my big needs the store is selfish for closing ALL registers and making customers pay for their merchandise so they don’t have to pay workers! Just unbelievable experience! For my money I can get better service elsewhere! And having a sick working work is just unacceptable!

Worst employees ever. Some of them very rude and definitely unprofessional, obviously they don’t want to be there.Otherwise store is clean and always have good selection
