I used to purchase all my needs for my cleaning business at this store! Yesterday I had a cart full with cleaning supplies almost a $400 I had to scan them all by myself since the store has NO registers anymore! The associate who was standing there was so sick she was wearing a double mask gloves and the manager approached her telling her he can’t give her 10 days no pay leave! Now I scanned ALL my items paid put them back in my car then I come back for some garden soil. Same associate was there again I scanned all my items paid for it then she approached my cart counting over and over I was showing her my receipt but she kept asking did you scan this did you scan that!? Making me so uncomfortable! I will never shop here any for my big needs the store is selfish for closing ALL registers and making customers pay for their merchandise so they don’t have to pay workers! Just unbelievable experience! For my money I can get better service elsewhere! And having a sick working work is just unacceptable!

Worst employees ever. Some of them very rude and definitely unprofessional, obviously they don’t want to be there.Otherwise store is clean and always have good selection

Went to Lowe’s to buy a snowblower, upon walking in Mr. Steve asked me if I needed any help. I had mentioned I was looking for a gas powered snowblower and he showed me what was available. Mr. Steve took the time to educate me with the different types of snowblowers and features. After a lengthy conversation with many questions I ended up purchasing a electric snowblower. Not only did I leave with a new snowblower I left with a better understanding of snowblowers. I really appreciated the time Mr. Steve took to help me out, not once did I feel rushed or pressured. I definitely will be shopping here again, thank you Lowe’s for a great experience.

Switching our 300+ customers to Lowe's because the service is superior (4 different employees walked me to find a product today) and the quality of those products is superior to HD or the useless staff/products at Menards.

Went in to see about a tree topper. One of the stickers showed me where I could find them with Christmas decorations. Very nice man. One thing about Lowe’s are that their stores are well organized, stocked, good lighting and very clean.

I think they do have the best carpet selection with good quality. Good selection of tiles floor. Good atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable employes.

Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! They embody what hardware stores were, prior to giant box stores. They carry a variety of seasonal items, so a great place for gift ideas.

After my last return experience I will not shop at Lowe's again, even though I prefer their supply and layout over Home Depot. I have spent countless dollars at this location over the years in my house. During my attempt to return 4" rubber couplings, I was told it exceeded the 90 day return policy. I said no problem and I'll take store credit. I was told they do not return nor offer a store credit for items over 90 days (it was 120 days). I had a receipt in my hand and confirmed that they still sell the exact same part. I rarely ever return anything and I'm a great customer. For Lowes to nickel and dime me over $20 return is an insane business policy. This is a big box store...not a Mom and Pop where I'd understand a policy like that. They were brand new and not like I was trying to get use out of them and then return. So now I own a brand new part I cannot do anything with but Lowes could still sell. Home Depot and Menards will get all my business moving forward.

The most disgusting, disrespectful customer service I have ever experienced. Which, I only needed because they are so disorganized that the products I needed were unstocked at the top of the shelf needing a whole ladder to get to. Still, this was too much to ask to get it down and two different male Lowe's employees tried everything in their power to refuse to get on the ladder and give me the products. Demanding to know why I need said plumbing items, and sneering that I'm too stupid to know what I need or capable of comprehending simple projects.. This did not end even as I held my ground on my knowledge on MY PROJECT NEEDS. Ironically, neither man was even remotely knowledgeable or competent AT ALL and said laughably ignorant things in the world of basic plumbing. This was obviously connected to the fact that I was a woman and they had to DO THEIR JOB AND GET ON A LADDER. Grossly incompetent place, go literally anywhere else.
