This review is for the bakery. The male worker needs to take responsibilities for his own mistake and action. The order forms say 24 Y (yellow) CC (cupcake) and CC is not chocolate. He gave us 12 yellow and 12 chocolate and trying to say it was our mistake. He did fix the issue with a big attitude. I asked him for the cake order so I can take a picture and share my experience with the Dani (the manager). As he takes the paper away, he murmured something in Spanish, and I knew he was talking crap about me and my son. I asked him what he said - he said he was asking his coworker where the paper was. No, that was not it. You already have the order form in your hand, you are clearly saying crap about us. I continued to ask him what he said, he refused to own up and I told him if he has something he wants to say to me, say it in my face. I went to the manager (Dani) and she continued to say that he was talking to his coworker who doesn't speak English and said that CC is indeed for chocolate. The male worker (Jesus- from other review I read) need to own up to your mistake, don't try to cover it with lie, take responsibilities for your own action. It is not our fault that you cannot read your coworker's note on our cupcake orders.

This is truly the worst shopping experience in all of America. There are never registers open with tons of employees standing around they make you go to self check out. It is the worst store of all time.

The selection of products since Kroger took over has decreased drastically. All of the cool niche products that made Mariano's special are gone. I get it. Mariano's was so unprofitable that Kroger just bought them out.
I still shop here cause for now it's still better than the Jewel.

Tried this location a few times…unfortunately disappointed each time.
Store appearance is one thing (dirty floors aren’t always a red flag, we can look past things), but the takeout food is atrocious.
Any of the takeaway or pre prepared meals are genuinely awful. My dad tried the meatloaf and it was the worst he’s had.
My friend tried the Asian prepared foods (fried rice and orange chicken) and she literally spit it out it was so bad.
I even tried a bagel from their bakery and found it to be bad.
I cannot recommend this place, the prepared foods just are bad!

Mariano's by me closed and I had to drive farther then I want it too.
I'm not sure if I can go back to shop there because of the distance. No idea why they close by me that was 5 miles away from me and now?

Great service but this store is absolutely infested with Phorid Flies. Phorid flies resemble fruit flies or gnats but they are very different they spread disease breed in sewer drains and are also called Coffin Flies. Disgusting.

I stopped in the other day because I saw a Stan's donut sign at the front of the building. I ordered a coconut donut. I got into my car took my first bite and it was soggy, like almost wet. I spit it out, as it was disgusting and threw the rest of it away. I've never had a more disgusting donut in my life. I don't think I'll be back.

I'm done shopping here after being treated so rude by a woman claiming to be the store manager, the one with a bull nose ring in who acts like a bull. Terrible check out experience. 100% of my family's business will now go to Trader Joe's.
