“We had a terrific experience at Sandman Sleep. Jordan initially helped us pick out a mattress and was excellent to work with. When we later needed to make a change, Bobby and Parker made the whole process seamless. The team was so knowledgeable and incredibly responsive, even over email, and really took the time to help us find the best mattress for our needs (we went with the Avocado Luxury Organic Mattress in Plush). The customer service across the board was phenomenal. We'd absolutely buy from them again and recommend them without hesitation!”

“It was a pleasure to meet and do business with Todd! My mom and I had come into the store several weeks prior to price out a mattress. Todd wasn’t pushy and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. When my mom returned to finally make her purchase, Todd instantly remembered her. While these details may seem trivial in nature, it made the transaction pleasant! He exhibited exceptional genuine customer service! Thank you Todd!Princess & Porsche”
