What a great place! I was able to get a mani and a pedi — both no chip — at the same time! Which saves me a lot of time and I appreciate that. It is a spacious clean and bright place with lovely people working there. I will definitely be back!

I used to go there, but now that I'm reading these mostly negative reviews I won't take a chance. They used to be fine and the salon is very nice... apparently they don't know the meaning of "customer service".

If you want to have the worst nails on earth, come to this nail salon. I have never had an experience like this in my life. To start off she cut my fingers about 100 times. I asked for a simple dip manicure. She does the dip nails and they are so bumpy and ugly and disgusting and I say can you file this down. She proceeds to get out a nail file machine and it's broken so she decides to put gel on top of my dip. she adds six layers of nail polish on top of the bumpy dip nails. they look horrendous and I am so upset about this. Never ever waste a Dollar here.

I typically don't spend the time to give negative reviews, but after my experience I thought I would take the time. I have been going there for a few years and have never felt very welcome there. I would call for an appointment every time. It didn't matter. I always spent time waiting at least 15 minutes. They always overbook. I stopped going there because the last time I was there I had to wait 45 minutes. I asked for a shortened version of the pedicure. The owner did not apologize and gave me a discount because I did not get the full service. I no longer go there and found a place that is so much better. Hard to recommend this place.

Got gel X nails and a pedicure. Some of the gel x nails were placed right on my skin and when I mentioned it she said she would fix it (was not fixed). Then when she was placing the gel x tip she pushed right into my skin which hurt (happened more than once). Some of the nails where not cured right so there is a gap between my actual nail and the Gel X nail.

Have been a customer ever since Megan opened this place. Michelle,Julie and Grace are taking excellent care of me. Beware: it's best if you make an appointment. Like every good place, they are getting extremely busy lately! They will take you even if you forget, but you naturally will have to wait like in any other business. Keep up with the good job!

Terrible no chip manicure that quickly chipped. My daughter's dip manicure was bumpy and uneven. It took forever to remove my polish. Very disappointed

Unfortunately this place disregard what you ask for. I came with my sister and wanted a no chip pedicure and manicure and they did a classic pedicure and made me wait 45 minutes bc my nail technician had a previous appointment and didn't even realize she had me waiting for a service I originally didn't ask for but after 45 minutes I just got overcharge for a medicine pedicure . They didn't even attempt to fix their error. It was definitely a waste of my time. Since everyone thought I was speaking another language when I explained I wasn't receiving the arrive I had acted for.Services: Pedicures

Please don't go unless you want horrible service. 1st I called in the worgingand spoke to someone and was told price and i even asked if they took walk in. They said, "yes" .then, i get there and they didnt want to take me in. They had my feet soaking and took care of someone else and i waited over 15 plus min my sis was done with pedicure. Then, when i got to mani location my sis was waiting for someone to come bc they decided to take someone else. Then, when i go to pay they charged $95. Megan said that it is what it is. Megan is supervisor who refused to give me name after asking a few time. Dont go unless you want to ruin your day.
