I recently had a very positive experience with the facility's new manager Vincent and Jeffrey. Both worked with me to clear up misinformation given to me by past management and to move into a new unit with a better location. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. It's good to know this facility is managed by such a great staff. The entire facility is kept spotless and is a pleasure to enter.

This place is a big rip-off. Constantly raising prices exorbitantly, threatening to auction our stuff off even though we had paid our rent.

This location is very clean and tidy. Jeffree was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend using them. Definitely ask for Jeffree as he’s very knowledgeable.

I am fortunate to have partnered with this location 2121 Shermer for years. I ran into an email issue and billing issue this month. Jeffery was exceptional in not only resolving the issue, but going above and beyond for me. 10 stars would be my response if possible!

Storage Mart was wonderful for my long term storage. It is very clean and easy to access. Jeffree made the check out process so smooth and simple. The customer service is impeccable and I would 10/10 use again!

We downsized when we moved to the area, and Storage Mart is a great place to store all our belongings that wouldn't fit in our new home. Thanks, Jennifer, and sorry I forgot your name, Brian?, for the price adjustment and responding so quickly to my questions and concerns. Fantastic facility for treasures I can't part with! Highly recommend StorageMart on Shermer Rd, Northbrook, IL.

My first experience at this facility it was a Metro self storage , it now has become Storage Mart! I was treated so well by the manager Jen in the past that i decided to come back. She keeps the property so nice and clean! I am never disappointed by the treatment I receive when I need help or just a question answered. I am also quite pleased with Storage Mart as the new owners. Thank you for providing top notch service

I have not been able to open the doors with my code yet. It has been about two weeks of trying to make trips back and forth with my truck to pack up a house and unless I contact the facility from the code box during their office hours or someone is there going in and out at the same time I am unable to access my unit.
Extremely inconvenient and would look elsewhere. My code should be working now or they should give me a different code to work with. I have twice now had to unload my truck back into the house I’m moving from due to lack of access abilities
