So my wife stopped in Neiman Marcus to replenish my Tom Ford perfume tobacco vanilla. Customer service was good like usual but the reason for my two stars is because from $400 a bottle it went to $445 a bottle and not only that it is not original, it has a lot more alcohol in there and the fragrance does not smell the same. I’ve been wearing the same fragrance for over a decade and it’s sad to say that Neiman Marcus is selling knockoffs. I will no longer buy fragrances from Neiman Marcus in Northbrook because of the intentional Sale of a knock off perfumes shame on you!!!

Evelyn in sunglasses was very nice and patient. She asked if I needed a shopping bag since there’s 10 cents charge in Northbrook. As environment protection advocator, I chose not to waste a bag. Karen in YSL, on the other hand was the worst. She was very arrogant and rude when we asked simple questions about the products. She put an eyebrow pencil in a bag and charged 10 cents without even ask. When I told her that we didn’t need a bag for an eyebrow pencil, she snapped a dime and said, “I returned your 10 cents.” In a very insulting tone. Hey, Karen, would you treat us the same way if we were Caucasians?

Update March 20, 2024I emailed you as you suggested and I never received a reply.The employees in your beauty department are repulsive and rude, specifically one with black hair in a bun. Ive had several encounters with her and it just must be her nature. Kim maybe. Considering business is slow, you would think she would be a bit nicer to the only customer at the moment. The Queen of batting her eyelashes or walking away "pretending" not to see you. I found what I needed online. Counting the months for this store to go under. Thank your employees.

Beautiful product, nice personnel, service. I like brands very much. I also love their restaurant. Perfect for lunch. Good menu choices.

Best high end department store love the fragrance and cosmetic section, wish carried more variety of designer, handbags but still better options than most stores in the suburbs

Customer service is very important to me and I need to give credit when it is performed to such a high degree, that it leaves me impressed. Charley, from the shoe department, actively listens to what I am looking for and makes helpful suggestions about what also I might like. She is surprisingly intuitive and easy to talk to. I didn't always have a great opinion of Neiman Marcus but Charley has me coming back time and again!

I visited Angelika at The Beauty Counter. She is AMAZING!! She did my makeup so fabulously and I would come back to get my makeup done by her for any occasion. All of the shades of eye shadow made me look great. I would definitely recommend her to everyone. She has an amazing taste and style. She makes the store shine with class!
