I had a positive experience here. The manager Johnnie listened to my story of how I lost my brand new sunglasses and she searched her system hard to find me another pair. She was able to find a similar pair and put them on reserve until I was able to get to the store. She told the team I was coming and where I would need to to pick up and who would be at the store when I would get there. She didn't have to do all that but she did. She could have been lazy and said I don't have them and hung up the phone but she didnt do that. She found what I wanted and called me back and followed up and I appreciated that so much. She went above and beyond what most ppl would have done. Thanks Johnnie, Dawn Sooshee and Team! You ladies rock. Anybody that thinks managing a store like this is easy should get behind the counter and try it. Retail can be draining.

This location is definitely cleaner and less crowded than others in the area. It’s a great place for back to school clothes and shoes for our teens!

This store closed men fitting rooms (fully fuctionable) and has man and women going into same fitting room area.
So, if you are comfortable letting your wife, daughter, niece changing in the same place with men, this is the store to spend your money into.
If not, one could just say something about it to the management or simply stop spending your money there (and all other stores doing this).
Perfect spot for predators!

Nordstrom used to be a great place to shop period you could find their top-level brands on sale after they had been through the 3 seasons and so it might be a year old, but it would still be in season period I bought. Snake skin and leather shoes, and boots all the time. My cashmere coat cost me two hundred and forty five dollars there. I bought many suit, jackets and suits And it was my favorite place to find robert graham shirts, but they don't have anything now and shoes are plastic. You can get this stuff at marshals for less, so don't bother, period.

Lots of almost everything, well priced. Few, but helpful employees. Everything is ADA compatible. Bathrooms are at the rear of the store. There's plenty of free parking.
