Gone are the days when Mr. Lee used to run the garage. His brother runs the business now and is nowhere near as personable. But the worst part is the awful woman, Theresa, who sits at the front desk. I've never met someone so rude and disrespectful. She can make an encounter involving a simple question go sideways in 5 seconds flat. I'd recommend staying far away from this place now.

I've never ever had such a rude and bad customer experience in my life. The lady working the front desk ROLLED her eyes after I already paid and asked a simple question! Instead of answering what I asked she started taunting and patronizing me, which ended up being 5 minutes of not answering my question instead of spending 10 seconds doing so. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day but most of the negative reviews here all say the same thing, I'm honestly astonished the owner is okay with the front desk being this rude to new AND existing customers. Luckily I found a much better repair shop that not only was extremely nice but also only charged 20% of what this one wanted (yes, they misdiagnosed the issue as well and scoffed at me when I questioned it). Lost me and my family as customers here.

I didn’t use their service . Seems like a good place . I’m giving it three stars because the woman on the phone was being impatient. I only asked if they did a specific type of test and she kept telling me to book an appointment. But I jus wanted to know if they did the test to then weigh my options. I’m sure business is good . I’m simply not going to partake in their services.

Based on the reviews online and some first hand reference, I stopped by this place. I have two cars, live 2 blocks away and was looking for a good local mechanic. The dealer had given me $4,000 worth of work that I was sure could be done for less.
The lady at the front was extremely rude. I was explaining all the different things I needed help with and she seemed engaged and as soon as she saw another customer walk in, she lost her patience and told me "I cannot talk to you all day, I have a customer waiting behind", what does that mean, I am a freakin customer too and we barely spoke for 3 mins! It felt more like an interrogation than a conversation.
Based on what I heard and saw, I think Mr. Lee is a competent mechanic but the lady at the front desk is super impatient, impolite and extremely rude.
You have a lost good local customer!! My only advise is to either teach your staff good customer service or forgo business.

Always a good experience at North Town Auto. Mr Lee is a Toyota specialist and keeps our 16 yr-old Highlander going like new. He’s fixed our older Mercedes, too! We keep our cars a long time and having North Town in the neighborhood allows us to feel confident they will keep running smoothly.

Yesterday I went to pick up my car and saw Mr. Lee's face first time after the pandemic. He looks different and much younger! Also, before the pandemic (maybe a few more years back), Teresa was not there, it was always the old Mr. Lee and his apprentice. Are there two Mr. Lee's?

Knowledgeable and efficient. Diagnosed and repaired 2 leaking/rusted brake lines in a 13 year old hybrid in 4 hours and had me back on the road to Ohio Thanksgiving weekend.

Very happy with my experience here. We brought in an older version of a hybrid and they were able to diagnose the issue immediately. They fixed it within a couple hours and at a reasonable cost. Definitely will be my go to for future auto repairs/oil changes.

Stopped by to ask when my car could be looked at for a non-urgent repair. After the woman at the front desk asked me twice whether I had ever been there before (and me responding "no"), she could not/would not provide me with ANY kind of ROUGH estimate (today, tomorrow, next week) as to when it could be looked at, and explicitly told me to take it to my usual mechanic. After innocuously asking "So you won't give me a rough estimate?", she got extremely emotional -- it was surreal. I guess it's good that existing customers must keep coming back to keep it busy, but if you are a potential new customer, avoid Crazy Town Auto Service.

I went to this location for an estimate on a water pump. My car had broken down in our condo parking lot and could not be driven. They said they do not give estimates unless they see the car. I told them it would have to be towed to look at. They asked me if I was a current customer and I said no but I drive by their location and figured I would try them next time I needed repairs which was now.Their response was that they have enough regular customers and are not looking for new business. I will never go to this auto repair for anything and would advise others to stay away from a business like this!!!

I just had oil change and tire check (that kept deflating slowly) done for my 2022 van. They showed me the big nail that was stuck in the tire and explained what/how service was done very carefully. Very reasonably charged I felt. I am coming back here for sure.Services: Tires
