Donya was so very helpful to me today! I had a big coin stash to cash in and she assisted me even though I do not have an account at Northbrook Bank. I will honestly think about going to this bank now because of the amazing level of customer service she provided. Both ladies at the front were very welcoming and helpful. I cannot thank them enough! It is so nice to go in and be helped to this degree.

Great service and easy to get in and out of. Able to access any affiliated Wintrust Bank accounts through this branch which is convenient!
