Hugh is an awesome person. I've been to many dealerships and have done test drives but the salesperson just sits in the car and stays quiet. Hugh got in the Toyota Venza first and taught me things I would have not known unless I searched YouTube or read the owners manual. He is a very pleasant person and spoke about how things work at dealership in terms of used vs new cars. Unfortunately, was not able to take the car home just yet, I loved it, but will wait for a slightly better price if it's still there!

Worst automobile experience I ever had. I went in for an oil change using a $69 coupon. Final bill was $130, having added things I didn't want or ask for. When questioned, the dealer Tom Morris started cursing and ranting. I became afraid of him. I asked for someone else and he handed over the wrong papers to the new guy, causing him to charge me for someone else's work. They had an underage girl working there, directing autos, who didn't know what she was doing. My advice. STEER CLEAR.

Buying a car can be such a daunting task, especially since I went in to this dealership after having my new Kia stolen and wanted to switch to a "safer" car. The salesman John was so accommodating, patient, and understanding. He never pressured me into buying a car just presented with with options and told me if I needed to think on it or take some time that was fine. Throughout the whole process, which was about 3 months, John never made me feel pressured and he truly walked me through every step of the way. I have never felt so accommodated to by a salesperson. Every chance I have already gotten I have been recommending John. He's very open, honest, and made my whole experience less stressful. Thank you John :)

We just bought a car here. It’s been awhile since my last car. I dreaded coming here but our sales person Andrew made us feel at ease. Very pleasant experience. It was quicker than I thought. We were outta here in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend Andrew and Toyota on Edens.

Buying a car is a stressful experience these days, but Andrew made the process smooth and straightforward. He was very communicative as we had to wait for our car to arrive on transit, and kept us filled in along the way. After some bizarre experiences at other dealerships during our purchase process, it was a relief to talk to someone who would give us straightforward answers and help us find what we were looking for without trying to upsell us.

Overall great group of Sales Reps. Terry was awesome in his motivation to make sure to get me the right number for my purchase. No one seemed too pushy and advised on me on some Beneficial information. Overall 4 out of 5. Would leave a 5 star but I did not walk out with a vehicle.

Shopping for a car and drove out to Toyota on Edens. Mark Rahn was the sales rep. We test drove a nice car and left to consider the deal. Decided on a different vehicle and sent a message the next day to Mark. His response - "Unbelievable". I asked what's unbelievable to which I got no answer. What happened to Treating customers with respect?Awful.

Bought a Camry at Toyota on Edens. Juliana was great. She was not pushy and made the whole process easy. Felt very comfortable. They are right next to the highway (and let you drive on it) so you can do a real test drive. The whole dealership is well run. I was in and out in 2 hours including financing. Highly recommend.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Toyota on Edens.I purchased a vehicle (Toyota Corolla 2019) from this dealership on August 7, 2023. From the beginning, the entire process felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was taken advantage of by sales associates, manipulated and coerced into a deal that I now deeply regret. They lie about the vehicle's current condition, the condition and mileage did not justify the price I paid, since it was bad. The front bumper's paint is a completely different color from the body paint, which is completely unacceptable. Clearly I had been sold a car that was not up to the standards one would expect for the price point. They added accessories charge for a ceramic coating on top of the listed price, with no option to remove it. While they insist it's pre-installed, they conveniently present you with an additional warranty paper to sign, suggesting that it was, in fact, optional. The financing manager displayed an incredibly unprofessional attitude. Despite explicitly declining service coverage, he forcefully included it, insisting it was mandatory and a standard practice everywhere. This lack of transparency and professionalism is a clear red flag. One of the most worst aspects of this experience was the feeling of being taken advantage of by certain associates at the dealership. It's clear that their focus was solely on making a sale, and they demonstrated a complete disregard for my concerns and well-being as a customer. The dealership's primary goal was to secure a sale at any cost, without regard for the quality of the product they were offering. As a resident of Illinois, I am aware of my legal rights to return a purchased vehicle within 36 hours of the purchase. In addition, in the sale contract they didn't put anything about return which clearly says you "cannot" or "can" return, which is made intentionally to fool people. Many dealerships, who care about their reputation and the customers allow you to return the vehicle in 30 days. Clearly they don't care about their customers. When I attempted to initiate this process, the next day, after less than 24 hours, the dealership's response was inadequate, which only deepened my frustration. I sent written notice formally request the return of the vehicle, their response and handling of the matter were far from professional, and I was left with no choice but to take further action to protect my rights as a consumer.I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Toyota on Edens to thoroughly research and be cautious before making any commitments.Answer to dealership response:I wanted to return it because the car was clearly in bad condition and you "LIED" about it, the paint was faded on doors, had many scratches on all the doors, on the back right side there is a big sign of scratch that you tried to paint but it's still visible, it was missing floor mats and floors were worn out there are , front and back seats are dirty and all in stains and spots, and many more. You didn't even clean/do detailing before selling. This is all in addition to issues I mentioned above: front bumper being loose and completely different color, you lying about accessories charge for a ceramic coating on top of the listed price, forcing to sign service coverage, etc. I didn't tell "I found cheaper", I told you that "the car was in really bad condition and with this high mileage - the price DID NOT justify the condition", it clearly didn't worth the price, I was manipulated and taken advantage of. Worst experience ever. And I know dealerships that takes returns, they really care about the customers and reputation, you clearly don't and on every chance you take advantage of customers.

Julianna and Zai were fantastic and I'm so grateful for how they took care of my family. Really, all the staff we interreacted with were fantastic. The sales manager was also kind and helpful! We've stuck with Toyota on Edens for a reason. We'll be back again for sure! And we'll be directing any friends and family we can their way.

I am a fan of transparency. I should've trusted my gut. I Found a car I wanted to buy. Red Flag one, I tried to finalize everything before we got there. They said no, you have to come in. Drove out there, was told let me get you the final numbers. Red Flag #2, I knew something was coming because I knew the numbers backwards and forward. The sales person (Maria) tried to tack on a $2400 upholstery protection program. I asked to remove, she said it is required, I asked to see in writing where it was required. She said it is not in writing. Then the GM got involved, said all the dealers are charging over MSRP (mind you, not all, definitely some out there) and this was his way of giving something of value. Sorry, I don't see the value. He finally offered to remove it, but had to keep the VIN etching charge of $299 as he claimed it was already completed, which is a lie as well, since the car was not even in transit to the dealer. VIN etching can be done for under $20. We walked. Definitely got shady car sales vibes.

Had a great no nonsense buying experience with Sales Associate Andrew this past weekend. Had many conversations about dealer tactics, hidden fees at other dealers that I've encountered, and everything we discussed was very transparent from the beginning with him and this dealer. I came in for a specific car, and left with it. He got the process done efficiently, and was respectful of my time, which I genuinely appreciated. Would not hesitate to do business with him or this dealership again. He took care of me and my toddler, finding him coloring books while we finished the process. Thank you!

We had an excellent experience and felt well taken care of by Julianna. They took there time explaining things to us. Made sure we where comfortable while we waiting. We got a good rate on the financing and extended warranty. She let us know that we could call with questions. We ended up getting a great Toyota Prius!

The entire staff at Toyota on Edens is very professional, courteous and went above and beyond to make my buying experience a pleasurable one! Rob in sales, Rick the General Manager and Kyle the Sales Manager were tremendous to work with. They explained everything in full detail, were very transparent and made sure I understood every aspect of my deal. I couldn't be happier! They have a customer for life!!!
