“I'm a homeowner, not a contractor. I went in to buy some trim paint that had been used in my home and thought I had puzzled out what I needed. When I mentioned my contractor's first name, the person working at the counter told me that no, that painter actually uses a different product. The fact that he listened, knew my contractor, cared enough to have a conversation, and got me the right paint is great customer service. To them, the sale was only a gallon of paint. For me, it made a big difference. And very friendly to boot!”
“They are the best around. I love that they keep a personal file of each of my rooms paint colors so I don't have to keep unwanted swatches laying around. Also they are great at making duplicate keys. The keys always work perfectly which isn't the usually the case.”

“The process for getting the exact color needed for painting the exterior of my house was very quick and easy. All I had to do was bring a chip of the old paint to be scanned and minutes later I had several gallons of fresh paint. The quality of the paint is also second to none. When I ran out and needed more they had my color on file to mix another gallon. I'm definitely coming back next year for interior paint.”
