“They treat you like family Very expensive paint but you get what you pay for... They do however have to get more on our level on what we're trying to do.... Another words, they need to be more interested in what the customers looking for instead of justrying to sell the paint..... Because of the expense of the paint... And trust me, they're getting PAID...”

“I'm a homeowner, not a contractor. I went in to buy some trim paint that had been used in my home and thought I had puzzled out what I needed. When I mentioned my contractor's first name, the person working at the counter told me that no, that painter actually uses a different product. The fact that he listened, knew my contractor, cared enough to have a conversation, and got me the right paint is great customer service. To them, the sale was only a gallon of paint. For me, it made a big difference. And very friendly to boot!”

Sean the Assistant manager is great too, works very hard and they nail it on color matches. They are remarkably helpful people - spent 40 minutes with us custom matching a stain for a new table top - need it to match the rest of the set in our kitchen. No extra charge - just the cost of the stain and varnish. Have had similar great experiences with them before.”

“The process for getting the exact color needed for painting the exterior of my house was very quick and easy. All I had to do was bring a chip of the old paint to be scanned and minutes later I had several gallons of fresh paint. The quality of the paint is also second to none. When I ran out and needed more they had my color on file to mix another gallon. I'm definitely coming back next year for interior paint.”
