Long story… but I had an issue that was resolved so kindly. I want to give a rave review to all of the employees and thank them for their superior customer service! I will definitely be back— happy to patronize such a super nice establishment with amazing employees and adorable merchandise!

Payton Rose is definitely one of our favorite places to shop! The clothes are so stylish and there is variety for all body types. The salespeople are extremely friendly and helpful. The price point for the merchandise is reasonable and they often have sales. Payton Rose definitely is our go to place for fashionable and trendy clothing and accessories!

I walked into this boutique, because I wanted to look around and saw a hat in the window that I really liked. When the woman greeted me, she looked at me up and down (mind you I'm not 5'6" and 120 lbs), and she told me everything was 20% off. The two employees were busy trying to sell to a mother and daughter. I picked up the hat that I wanted, went right to the register, and waited to be rung up. The two women that work in the store completely ignored me when I was at the cash register. I stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to ring me up, and I was still ignored. Like Julia Roberts said in Pretty Woman, "Big mistake!" Next time don't judge a book by its cover. I will NEVER EVER step foot into your boutique nor recommend it.

The customer service at Payton Rose is surpassed by NONE! The village of Glenview mandated that face masks must be worn while in the public. Mindi cane to the rescue. She carries stylish masks that are extremely in demand. Knowing that I needed a few, she left me know when they were available again. The website is easy to place your orders. This afternoon my doorbell rang and there was a shopping bag with my masks. Her husband delivered my order!!

In these horrendous times during the Coronavirus pandemic. Payton Rose owner Mindi Kane Amer to the rescue. The boutique started selling fashionable face masks which were mandatory to wear in my town. These masks were not only stylish and comfortable, they were extremely popular. As soon as she got them back in stock, ordering them was a breeze. But the shiny moment.... they were delivered to my front door by her husband. What amazing customer service. Thank you Mindi!!

I love this place. The boutique is small, yet it has a nice variety of clothing! I work in Northbrook so this will be my new go to spot during my lunch break when I need something. :)
