I had two different appointments for a free quote on new doors and was canceled on twice. Both times given an email 2 hours or less before the appointment time. Called the "manager" about it and have not heard back but based on the other reviews it looks like I dodged a bullet.

Thought there would be more door samples. We ended up going to Lowe's which had way more options.
