Very helpful staff. It's obvious how much they love everyone's pets people bring in. I told them what type of dog I had and they answered all of my questions. They have a price guarantee- so lowest prices in town- and you can return anything that doesn't work out for your pet..even dog bones they have nibbled on..and they will refund your money and give the item you return to animal shelters.

Hollywood Feeds is a very good store in which you can purchase healthy pet food for your pets. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in the products that they sell. It is always a pleasure shopping at the Northbrook Hollywood Feeds location.

Hollywood Feed Northbrook is one of the favorite stores that my dog loves to visit, especially because of Violeta, who is a super professional person in her work and the love and dedication she has for the clients and each of the pets makes this store the best in Northbrook, my dog loves it. Hollywood Feed is the best pet store out there! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I recently got a new dog and Violet and Hernan were super helpful in getting me set up with everything I needed! I love shopping at Hollywood feed!!!! Violet, Alex, Sinclair, Hernan, and Marcin really know their stuff!!! My kitties would be nowhere without them! They always have my kitties Favorite tiki cat in stock! I also love grabbing toys for my boyfriends boxer here. They have the best variety! Thanks guys for always being there for us!

I have 2 young cats. I wasn’t providing proper nutrition and needed guidance. I looked to Alex for professional advice: I learned things about proper food preparation in regards to temperature and moisture. In addition, Alex educated me on a proper cat diet. I recently had a scare and my cat Buddy had to go to the Blue P emergency hospital. Thus now I can see a difference in their overall look and sense of happiness! Always a great visit at Hollywood Feed in Northbrook! Violet, Alex & Sinclair always greet me & my dog by name and with great big smiles. They are all so friendly & knowledgeable & above all, they are so sweet with my very shy guy dog. Alex, the manager at this location, is absolutely phenomenal! Her kindness, knowledge and dedication to her job are the reasons I only go to this location!She goes above and beyond to help all customers, I’ve seen her help other customers as well as myself and just today another customer said to her how kind she is!She truly is and the reason why she has repeated customers at this location.Thank you so much, Alex!
