When we entered, staff just stared at us and didn’t say hi. No one even greeted or anything like that. Cashier rolled her eyes at a customer asking where the line started. Cat food selection was decent, but not a lot of toys. It’s too bad that the outside is beautiful but the store and employees are lackluster.

My dogs were shaved. I specifically asked them do not shave them. I brush my dogs daily. They were not matted at all and to say I’m pissed off is an understatement now my dogs look like rats. Thank you very much.

I recently took my dog to Petsmart Northbrook Grooming Salon for a grooming session, and I am beyond disappointed. I explicitly asked for a light trim, but instead, they completely shaved my dog! This is not only a blatant disregard for my instructions but also an extreme and unnecessary measure.
When I picked her up, I was shocked and heartbroken to see her like that. No one informed me that the person cutting her hair was inexperienced, and I wish they had said something before making such a drastic mistake.
While they did give me my money back, I'm still very upset. My dog looks unrecognizable and is clearly uncomfortable without her fur. A refund doesn't make up for the distress and discomfort caused to my dog.
I paid for a professional grooming service and expected them to listen to my requests, but what I got was a nightmare. I would never recommend Petsmart Northbrook Grooming Salon to anyone who values their pet's appearance and well-being. This was an absolutely terrible experience.

The bottom line is..
It’s a sale/purchase for the store.
That’s what keeps the doors open.
Too bad there’s no update for attitude adjustment.

I struck gold by way of Royal Canin. Here is Mr Button's kibble. I get so anxious when I can't find it but I seem to always find it at Petsmart. I raise my hat to you, Petsmart. Mr Buttons and his niece thank you too! Keep on stocking that great merch!

I really like Tammy as far as grooming my dog. The other groomers are also nice. My pet peeve is when other customers do not respect the social distancing when it’s time to check in/out your dog. I think PetSmart needs to be more diligent as far as implementing that policy. It irks me when I’m trying to check in my dog and another customer just barges inside the grooming section, with their dogs instead of waiting outside until the process of checking in/out has been completed.

Terrible grooming job! I know they didn’t even wash her.Absolutely rude manager, Kyle…he could give a damn.Never going back & would not recommend! Take your adorable pet & go somewhere else!
