Naomi, is exactly the sort of operator everyone should aspire to be and one USPS should treasure. She makes the experience hands down the best experience in the Chicagoland area. Her, and Victor are both wonderful, and I'm grateful for all their support no matter the complexity of the postal problem you have!”

“Very small post office on the grounds of Techny. There's a handful of parking spaces outside. It's a short walk to get inside the building. I'm giving them 5 stars because the woman behind the counter was so kind to me as I stumbled through some forms I had to fill out. Patience is a virtue and this was one total employee who had it!”

“I have been going to this USPS quite frequently the past month and I've interacted with Davida almost every time. And every time I have interacted with Davida, she has been like an angel helping me through all the questions, concerns, and issues. She has been so kind and patient and I feel so incredibly grateful especially because I have seen firsthand how busy it can get at this post office. Even when there are groups of people that all come in at once, Davida works swiftly and efficiently without hesitation. Even when people get rude and short with her for reasons out of her control, she stays calm and keeps it moving. I am constantly impressed by her! She even recognizes me and acknowledges me by name. I feel like I hit the jackpot by being able to interact with her when going to USPS. I know I always come to her with problems but she has never stopped being kind and it is truly appreciated and recognized.
Also-- shout out to Ernie and Mark, my building's postmen, who have been so amazing and understanding even with my stint of excessive packages. Ernie even carried the packages to my unit.
