Poor customer service experience in the store and staff are clearly unaware of their own policies or maybe just careless about customers. Double check that purchases are returnable if you need them to be as once the purchase is complete and an item is non returnable (even though I made sure to ask because I needed all items to be returnable), nothing can be done. There is no customer service line for in store purchases (only online orders).

Extremely poor customer service and the staff was absolutely not helpful. I ordered something online and needed to return. The policy clearly stated 30 days for return and can be done in any of their stores. The staff refused to take it inspite of showing email when the order was delivered and that it was well within 30 days. I went to their lincoln park store and the staff was helpful and accepted my return. Clearly it was this store in Northbrook who did not know what they were doing and were very rude.

I want to praise Cheryl, a woman who works at Saks OFF 5th in Northbrook. I found a dream pair of flats and left them outside the fitting room. Later that day, I called to have her put them aside so I could purchase them the next day. Unsure of the pair I wanted, she held the shoes with two heel heights. I was so touched by her eagerness to help and go the extra mile. Service like this is so rare these days. I hope Saks takes care of their best asset. Thank you, Cheryl.

Super racist, not knowledgeable yet they insulted me of not understanding them! They said I can’t so return but when I called and asked they said it was perfectly fine to return. They clearly did not know the policy and still refused to check if it was refundable! Super entitled employees ??????

I found some great deals here but honestly the place is pretty meh... It's gloomy inside. One of the employees was really rude to the customer in front of me who seemed uncomfortable speaking English--felt so bad to see that. When it was my turn, this employee didn't greet me. I was making a return and asked if I needed my card. She rolled her eyes said "put it away. It's automatic" pretty rudely... ok jeez somebody is having a bad day lol. The other staff members seemed knowledgeable and helpful though. Gets the job done if you need to pickup/return but wouldn't shop here for fun

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I will NEVER order from Saks OFF fifth again. I have never had any issues with the original Saks Fifth, but this was my first time ordering from Saks OFF fifth . I purchased a scarf for my mom 65th birthday. The first red flag was when I placed the order and did not receive a confirmation email or tracking number the same day. I was patient and waited a few days, but still didn't receive any communication 5 days after placing the order. The next issue was the fact that I had to log in to their website, pull up my order, figure out how to navigate their site to find a tracking number, and at this point it had been 6 days and there was no tracking number - my order simply said: "in-process". I had no clue what shipping company they were using or anything . After 2 weeks had passed, I was forced to purchase another gift for my mothers birthday because this scarf didn't arrive on or before her day. So I was forced to spend money twice. 15 days later, I went into a Saks OFF fifth store to ask customer service to look up this order because I wanted to cancel and receive a refund. Surprise - The order was finally updated on that same day - and it was allegedly delivered today. However, when I arrived home there was no package at my door and as of today, I STILL have not received that package. I called Saks OFF fifth for a resolution and was told they could not provide a refund or a replacement. I would advise any customers to NEVER EVER PURCHASE from Saks OFF fifth company.

Absolutely a horrible place to shop. I would never shop here! I suggest going to Nordstrom Rack or somewhere where professionals work!
