One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, I wish I went to the original location in Glenview, I will not name the stylist but she was so rude that I wish I just kept my hair growing, one of the worst places to go for a haircut. Hopefully you learn to improve your haircut experience but I will never go back again. The lady spent a mere 10 mins of my hair, this is not my first haircut I know when someone’s just wasting their time. STAY AWAY!

Jasmine was absolutely amazing! She did a great job from my shaggy dry hair coming back from SERE school and I recommend HER and this location 10/10!

The most atrocious experience, The person who cut my hair looked like she absolutely didn’t care and didn’t take time to perfect the haircut. I gave her multiple guidances on what I wanted. She was also very rude and she also started blaming my hair for why her trimmers couldn’t cut well. Never coming to this place. Molly actually cared about the haircut

2 of last 3 haircuts have been poor. Hairstylists don’t read what’s on the ticket and when I tell them they still don’t listen and cut too short.

Debbie’s the best! Great at doing what I think I want. Super shampoo/massage and shoulder/neck too. Friendly as well. Only wish they also had a manacure person.Service: Haircut

As friendly as they seem, they do not listen to what the customer wants. I told our hairdresser multiple times that my son wanted to keep the front of his hair long. She kept cutting the front. My son's face was so sad. He was too polite to say anything. He walked away with tears in his eyes and cried for over an hour telling me how 'ugly' he thought he was. We will never return.

Waitlist app is janky. The haircut price is too high and haircuts are awful. Don't get trapped by the multiple haircut packages....

Used the MVP option as I had already paid for it. The hairdresser was Eli. He did a very poor job with the haircut. Totally disinterested The guy was rushed and only focused on getting the customer quickly out of the door and did not like when I said I need the MVP. The sideburns were misaligned and he cut the hair too short even after telling him to use scissors on top. Do not recommend Eli.Service: Haircut

Took my 13 yr old son here for a haircut. Horrible hair cut. Uneven and no style to it whatsoever. “Stylist” was having a hard time with everything , might have been her first day. She didn’t style it at all and he was left with hair clippings all over his face. Won’t be back.Service: Kids' cuts
