I purchased my certified pre-owned vehicle here back in April 2024 and it was a relatively easy and smooth process. I had just recently called to have some warranty work done and was told my vehicle was recently out of warranty but my paperwork did not reflect that. After they had looked into my paperwork and saw that it had a later (not correct) date they still followed through with what my paperwork stated and they took care of my vehicle. I would definitely consider them an honorable dealership and I would recommend them :)

I had a great experience at this dealership. Erik was amazing—patient, honest, and super helpful throughout the entire process. The manager was also very friendly and welcoming, which made everything even better. Overall, the dealership has great service and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend this dealership and I would definitely recommend asking for Erik to help find the car you’re looking for!

I always brought my 2018 Cadillac XT5 here for service since I bought the car. I was told in needed a radiator a few years ago. I replaced it and then 28 months later, it had another radiator leak. I took the car to a certified mechanic who inspected the car and did a pressure test and they found zero leaks and and no signs of a past leak! Not cool! Will not be back! They said the radiator was under warranty, but the labor would be $1,300.00 :-(

I went yesterday morning with my son and mother looking to purchase a car. The sales person was excellent he had the best customer service. I can’t say the same for the finance manager! He was a total jerk! Every person that goes into a car dealer tries to negotiate the price of the car or tries to get an incentive of some kind right? When the sales person step away to talk to the manager I told my son if the price doesn’t get dropped will make an exception and buy the car at the price is being given because we both liked the car. We didn’t even get the chance to tell the sales person this when the jerk of the finance manager comes into the office with an arrogant attitude and said “ I don’t go to Walmart and try to negotiate a loaf of bread or some pop. I’m only here temporarily working as a finance manager and I’m not going to lower the price not even for $500 and walks off. He didn’t greed us or introduce himself that’s the only thing that came out of his mouth. We were in SHOCK to say the least! We told the sales person afterwards we were willing to pay the asking price but after how that jerk treated us there was no way!

Rick is experienced and pleasant. Owned several v model cadillacs, bought my most recent from dan praljac in libertyville which was good. Found their ct6v on facebook marketplace and stopped in to buy it. Ad price was 65k quoted price when ready to make the deal was 67k. Ha! Valued my atsv trade at 45% of used advertised retail same miles/year. Which was a little low, but didn't expect to sell it for retail to dealer who needs to make a profit. When I attempted to negotiate the deal with northbrooks manager it only got worse as he took a negative approach, almost hostile. Something about how HE IS A PROFESSIONAL and he has countless calls wanting to buy his ct6v. Here about 10 days later they still call and text me to come and buy it. However Im a busy executive and dont have lots of time to waste. Have fun guys :] but try to be professional and make sales at the same time.

Excellent experience, my salesman, Erik Bowman, is an amazing advisor. Throughout the process, he answered our questions patiently, never left us in ambiguity, and is a very nice gentleman. His knowledge of the Cadillac Escalade is beyond any salesman, I interacted with within 70 miles. If you are buying a Cadillac, I highly recommend talking to Erik. His after-sales responsiveness is the same as before the sale.
