Just stopped into see if Sunset carried my favorite snack made by Catalina Crunch. I looked all over the store with no luck, but did find cereal from the same company and made a purchase. On my way out, I stopped by the customer service desk and asked if they carried the snack as I thought perhaps I hadn’t looked in the right place. The young lady behind the counter told me that they no way of looking up items. I found that surprisingly and on the way home, it occurred to me to look in Sunset’s app. It turns out that they carry some products from this company but not the item I was looking for. That’s totally fine, but I was a little perplexed by the level of customer service.

It's good to find different brands and products, although a little expensive. What's really bad is the people who help pack the products after going through the cash register, they're grumpy and mix up the products in the bags, hot with cold, meat with fruit, egg cartons with heavy things on top, very poorly prepared and if we try to fix it to improve it, they make ugly faces at us. Sometimes I stopped buying there for this reason.

Thank you for making my husband’s 90th birthday celebration so special. All the food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Everyone commented on the variety of the sanwiches and how good they tasted. The Gourmet Crudite w/spinach dip and Pinwheel Platters were wonderful.

Very popular local grocery chain with a fiercely loyal following and nice little personal service touches. Not the cheapest place to buy your groceries but others are higher and produce, meats and seafood are top quality.

They do not do a good job of removing expired items from their shelves. Be sure to check before you purchase stale products at Sunset in Northbrook.

i’ve never had experience like this in my entire life.
my sister is african american and never have been treated like this. she does instacart and me and my brother was with her. she was going to purchase something separately from the instacart order and she decided last minute she didn’t want it anymore. the elderly woman Lisa ran outside and screamed did you pay for those, while my sister showed her the receipt. she was publicly embarrassed, shamed, discriminated, stereotyped.
something needs to be done about this, i’ve seen that this has been a recurring issue with LISA .

International Market? Yeah right... A very limited options for Halal deli options. A good addition it can be from Fatima Zabiha Foods the Natural Beef Franks! I have to drive from Northbrook to Angelo Caputo's in Carol Stream to buying them. And they angus burgers are so good!!
