The experience with Lock up was great. Very clean, safe and secure. Easy access with truck, elevator. Everything was provided. Very professional. I looked at different storage places and found this one to be affordable and very convenient.

Clean, modern, efficient building and professional staff. The public areas are spacious and easy to navigate. Storage area has AC and carpeted floors. You must bring proof of homeowners insurance or be charged a fee, and there was a $25 administrative fee.

Fantastic from start to finish. They reserved the unit while I found a mover. When I signed up the customer service was friendly, informative, and helpful. The unit was clean as was the garage pull up. Moving out was just as seamless and pleasurable. LFLS are fantastic to work!

Super quick sign up process, the storage room space I’ll be moving into assured me that by stuff would be safe, and sitting in a cool space so that my things will stay in good condition.

The Lock Up self storage facility in Northbrook is excellent. It's always spotless. Access is very easy and there are plenty of carts to assist moving things in and out. Alex, the manager does an outstanding job keeping things easy. The bathrooms are always clean and fresh smelling.This is a wonderful place.

The man who helped me out was truly one of the nicest human beings I have ever met. His friendly nature and understanding of my needs made it easy for me to get what I needed. All of these traits were even more evident when I had to switch storage units to a larger one. The units themselves are very clean and well-maintained. I feel safe knowing my valuables are stored here.

I would recommend this storage facility. Variety of sizes of storage lockers, clean and Alex the manager is very pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and convenient. They allow you to use their truck to transfer items.
