Wrap Necklace in Silver with Pearls and a Diamond, Small.
First, I love Tiffany's. However, this is the worst combination of materials for a necklace.
While on vacation in Vegas, my husband surprised me with this beautiful necklace. I wore it to dinner that evening. Brought it out 6 months later for the holidays and the silver had tarnished. I was afraid to clean it because of the pearls. I did not wear it.
Was back in Vegas again (a full year) and wanted to exchange it and was told there was nothing that could be done. Tiffany's cleaned the necklace which made it better but did not look the same as brand new. We were told that the necklace needed to be worn everyday in order to keep it looking brand new or to store it in an air-tight container to keep the necklace from tarnishing. It has been kept in the Tiffany's pouch and box, inside a ziplock bag since then. I have only worn it once.
If we would have known that the Wrap Necklace in Silver with Pearls and a Diamond, Small, needed extra-special care and attention, it would have been returned immediately and chosen something else. Extremely disappointed. Buyer beware on this one.

I love the silver jewelry from Tiffany and Co but the customer service stinks. This is the second time I went to the Northbrook location because one of my items broke. First of all the pieces are so expensive and I would expect the quality and workmanship to be wonderful. The first time I went there was because I had a bead bracelet with a dangling heart. The heart broke off and luckily I didn't loose the heart. I went in to have them repair the tiny little ring that attaches the heart to the necklace and they wanted some ridiculous amount of money to repair it. I can't remember the exact amount since I left and didn't have them fix it. Then I just went there again this week. Another bracelet that has a round clasp, broke. The little spring from inside the clasp broke. They want $60 to fix their faulty clasp. Are you kidding me!!!!!!! The bracelet was so expensive to begin with. I would expect that they would make a better clasp. But at the very least that they would repair it for free or at a nominal cost. If I were to repair both brackets that broke because of faulty workmanship, it would cost me over $100. It's ridiculous!!!!!! I can see if I scratched the pieces or the bracelet got caught on something and broke it, that I should have to pay for it but both of these pieces are broken because of their faulty workmanship. Not user damage. I don't know if I will ever buy another item from them again. They used to have much better customer service. I'm very disappointed.
