I love the silver jewelry from Tiffany and Co but the customer service stinks. This is the second time I went to the Northbrook location because one of my items broke. First of all the pieces are so expensive and I would expect the quality and workmanship to be wonderful. The first time I went there was because I had a bead bracelet with a dangling heart. The heart broke off and luckily I didn't loose the heart. I went in to have them repair the tiny little ring that attaches the heart to the necklace and they wanted some ridiculous amount of money to repair it. I can't remember the exact amount since I left and didn't have them fix it. Then I just went there again this week. Another bracelet that has a round clasp, broke. The little spring from inside the clasp broke. They want $60 to fix their faulty clasp. Are you kidding me!!!!!!! The bracelet was so expensive to begin with. I would expect that they would make a better clasp. But at the very least that they would repair it for free or at a nominal cost. If I were to repair both brackets that broke because of faulty workmanship, it would cost me over $100. It's ridiculous!!!!!! I can see if I scratched the pieces or the bracelet got caught on something and broke it, that I should have to pay for it but both of these pieces are broken because of their faulty workmanship. Not user damage. I don't know if I will ever buy another item from them again. They used to have much better customer service. I'm very disappointed.

I order often, I get adjustments often, and I’ve had incredible service that matches the price point. My first visit I had adjustments to make with stephanie (she was amazing and had wonderful communication). The next time I came in I sat down with daisy. Daisy not only made it a relaxing, sentimental, and respectful experience... She also made it a bonding experience for family members. She was apart of something special and priceless. It was all in the understanding, sharing, and tailored care. Any calls- she was on it, ordering, down to confirming the script (which was needed). I appreciate the care and look forward to many many many years of business. Daisy gave the warm welcome that makes someone’s first time in Tiffany’s warm and welcoming. I would recommend working with her or stephanie from this location due to my personal experience as well as my family’s. But, daisy.. she will keep things very authentic and genuine. She actually made me excited for future purchases because I know the job will be TAILORED TO PERFECTION. Ten out of ten the happiness associated from the perfectly tailored gift is still priceless. Thank you daisy. We appreciate you queen.

I've been visiting this store since last year. I always receive good service, and the products are all nicely displayed, and the staffs are always nice. The best staff I definitely call is Rachel.She exactly knows what is good for each customer! I highly recommend this for dazzling jewelry!

I can't say enough about this location and Oscar in particular. I sent Oscar an email looking for availability on a gift for my wife not knowing he was out of the country on vacation, Oscar responded immediately(sorry Oscar, setting expectations high) and arranged for the management team to follow up with me the next day. They worked through the details of my purchase and couldn't have been more professional and kind. I have made very modest purchases through this location in the past and Oscar and team treated me like a VIP as another reviewer said. This is my go to place for jewelry in the future, you can trust that you are getting high quality jewelry and service.
