I love this store. It is the only reason I still travel to Northbrook Court. Marsha has been helping me for years. Most recently, she found my $50 coupon in the computer for me to use. This is a 5 star store.

Walked into the store and was never greeted by anyone. I wanted to try on several swimsuits. I was obviously having trouble finding my size. At no point did the two sales people offer any help. When I asked to try them the lady's response was..... the room should be open and left me to find it. I then needed a shoe size found and stood near the register with my shoe in hand while the two sales people chatted and again didn't offer any help. It wasn't until a younger gentleman came out from the back, saw me and offered help to find my shoe size. It was just extremely disrespectful and I will find another TB store to shop at in the future.

Kathy (store manager) and entire staff at Northbrook is always! friendly and super helpful. They go above and beyond and If an item isnt in store, they offer to order for me. Service in every aspect is above and beyond outstanding. Highly recommend and sincere thanks.
