Brought in my daughter's iPhone that wasn't charging and in about 5 minutes they came out with the port cleaned and didn't even charge us because it was so quick. We didn't pay but the guys were so nice and friendly I'm absolutely going to be back if any electronics go south on me. Thank you so much for your help!

They were able to quickly fix my phone and even though it wasn’t cheap, the repair looks perfect and was done fast! This was a great option rather than buying a new phone.

I dropped off my Xbox One to have the CD player repaired as it was no longer playing one of our games. Dylan and Tyler tested it out and it was working for them. They didn't charge me any money and when I got it home it was working for me too. I can't explain it other than to say they have the magic touch. I would recommend this business to anyone!

We had a very bad experience with this store. I brought my laptop in for repair, and after their inspection, they claimed the issue was related to the battery. They ordered a new battery and charged over $240 for the service and battery. After the battery was installed, my laptop stopped working again the same day I picked it up, which showed that the real problem had been misdiagnosed.
When I returned to the store to report the issue, they took no responsibility and simply told me to contact Microsoft and fix it myself, which was not a solution. Despite their mistake, they refused to refund the $120 service fee for the incorrect diagnosis. Even the manager was unresponsive and unhelpful.
Although they eventually returned the new battery, I still have not received my refund after more than a month of waiting. This experience demonstrated a lack of technical expertise, accountability, and customer service.
I strongly recommend not going to this store. Do not trust them with your device

We brought an iPad Mini in to get a new battery. They broke the screen and when we picked it up they said they didn’t do it. I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. Never going back. Would hope others read this and learn from my mistake.

They did fix my phone. However, later I found that they signed me up for a protection plan without letting me know. It's a fraud. If you do go there, you have to double-check the charges and look over your credit card statement.

I was immediately met by an employee. Fortunately for me he had a battery for an old iPhone 6. I was so happy. He installed the battery in an adequate amount of time and now my precious phone is holding a charge again.
