I’m annoyed by my situation. Driver delivered my package to a random apartment or location. The “proof photo” is a random door with hardwood floors. My whole apartment complex is CARPETED including the entrance where the package would be left.
I called Customer Service and was told to “go door to door to ask”. Why??? I have a literal broken leg and it isn’t my job to deliver packages. Called ended. I got another call from UPS and was told in order for my claim to go through it has to be filed by the sender??? The sender has an automated system that said I should contact UPS. 😐

All the UPS experts at the store were knowledgeable, kind, efficient and solutions oriented. The shipment was a freight shipment of many sentimental and delicate family heirlooms. Everyone treated my valuables with respect and care. The packing they did was excellent. Everything arrived in exactly the condition in which handed it was handed over. They were reassuring and professional about this important shipment.

They delivered my package to the wrong address. I contacted them and asked them to deliver my package, but they said they wouldn't deliver your package today after waiting for a long time.

Horrible Service and Incompetent Delivery Drivers
This is the worst service with the worst drivers and deliveries. Not only do they never leave my packages, but they also never call my phone or call on my door. This time, there wasn’t even a notice. Sometimes, they don’t even bother to step out of their vehicle, leaving me to constantly monitor the door. I live on the fourth floor, and I often have to either run down to catch them or intercept them on the road.
I absolutely hate this company and all the businesses that use them. Their customer service is the worst. I would never choose this service voluntarily, but some companies default to using them, which is incredibly frustrating. This is by far the most unreliable and inconvenient delivery service I’ve ever dealt with.

We went to mini-golf and lunch and toy store and now to trampoline in yard on this beautiful day while UPS says due to severe weather they cannot deliver a gift

I was under deadline for work to overnight ship an item, and due to work chaos, time was getting tight. Sunny helped me figure out a way to ship safely and economically. He is a true problem solver, and particularly today, when I think customer service is not as encouraged (nor appreciated/respected) it’s important to laud his stellar customer service, as well as your decision to employ him! I always appreciate the calm, professional, overall lovely attitude at this store, and with Sunny’s service in mind, I’ll continue to return.

This UPS store in Northbrook on Dundee Road will go out of their way to help you in any way that they can. In particular Sunny I came in there to send a package and Amazon gave me the wrong shipping label well he went on the phone and contacted the person from Amazon and straighten my situation out for me something that I don't think I could have done by myself so thank you very much for going out of your way Sunny to helping somebody.

I went to FedEx to print something in color. They turned me down, not sure why. I called and came to this store and printed what I needed super fast and easy! Great and friendly service!!
