I understand that people can get a little crazy at the post office, but our experience getting passports was very smooth and seamless!
Our family of 4 got it all done in less than an hour and the young lady doing the paperwork and taking the pictures was very nice and helpful. Again everyone's experience will vary and at such a busy place, but can't complain!

I was dropping a bunch of small packages off, something most post offices I’ve come across dread. Here, I was kindly directed to the back where I was again shown exactly where to drop my packages off. Took less than 5 minutes. If I didn’t live far from this location I would most certainly frequent it. Something that is normally tedious and causes frustration was made easy as pie.

This post office is terrible. I live in a condo and am constantly getting my neighbors mail in my box. When I call them on the phone the manager is always rude and talks condescendingly to you.

Went to send a package from here and it was phenomenal that it got delivered earlier than expected. The lady working there was really nice (loved her hair) and was able to help with what I needed.
The only negative thing here is that they really need more than one person working at the office. Services are slow because of this.

The Northbrook Post Office offers efficient services and friendly staff. The location is convenient and the facility is clean.

Randomly closed on a Wednesday at 3:42pm.. no signs or anything. Inside door is open and lights are on but drop off area blocked off and drop box is locked shut. Horrible place

Don’t go to this facility. Ladies at front desk are malicious and intentionally doesn’t send mail and destroy it. When I was in line there were two people who were complaining that they lost mail sent/recieve both ways. Had a very bad feeling, still I mailed it from there and it never reached its destination. They are evil.

Arriving at my local post office, I wanted to send a package to Georgia, entering and inquiring about shipping options, I was immediately reprimanded and told that all options were the same. Later as I picked the package and shipping option, I clicked the wrong button on the touchpad at the register and the woman insulted me saying that I’m ignorant.

Don't plan on receiving any passport services at this location! I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday and received a call less than 2 hours prior that they had to cancel. Rescheduled for Friday and received a call 3 hours prior that they had to cancel. Now reading others reviews, it sounds like this a common occurrence.

Made an appointment for my daughter's passport prior to a month. Today is Friday before President day(coming Monday) and this office called me saying the person in charge of passports took pto.----------------update: I had made another appointment and today got a last minute call again from this place that it's been cancelled as all the employees that handle passports are on vacation. Just horrible.
