My husband and I have had the absolute worst experience with this dealership. Larry, you should be ashamed of yourself. We purchased a 2022 Dodge Challenger back in August and still have not received the title as of December 1st. This is FRAUD! My husband was told that they didn’t have the title because they hadn’t received it from the previous dealership and have no idea when they might get it. Are you kidding me?? I can’t stress enough what a horrible experience this has been. To the general manager Larry, I’m done with you dicking is over. Contacting an attorney and suing you. You have lied to us for over 3 months and had EVERY opportunity to make this right. How can you sell a car when you have NO possession of a title? Absolutely criminal and ridiculous

Avoid Fields auto Group - Lemon Cars & Defensive Management - toxic masculinity at its finest!
Beware! My experience with Fields Auto Groups has been a nightmare. I bought a certified 2021 XC90 Recharge, only to face constant issues from the start. The car broke down during a trip, leaving me stranded with my child. Despite promises of oversight, the dealership failed to fix the issues. They even tried to shift blame and threatened my warranty.
Dan, the owner (former resident of the Northshore who now lives in Florida, btw), was quick to tell me to go somewhere else because they don’t want to take accountability for their actions.
Shady practices and false ratings are their priority, not customer safety. Stay away from the Fields Group at all costs.

Very unprofessional way to approach a potential new customer.I am currently in the market for a new vehicle. However after receiving a borderline harassing and unsolicited phone call from a salesman representing one of your Asheville NC dealerships this morning; I can guarantee I'll never purchase anything from your organization. Furthermore I am willing to pay more for the same brand vehicle from any of your many competitors.
