Today I came in for a starter recall on my vehicle and also had my oil changed. My assigned service advisor, Gabriel, was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions clearly, gave honest recommendations, and even pointed me in the right direction for repairs on my custom rim.
He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and honesty.
I highly recommend asking for Gabriel whenever you come in for service.
Great experience. I appreciate it.

This review is for the service department. My X5 was brought in for service on Nov 11th, they kept the car for 10 days with very slow effort in resolving the issue until I showed up in person on Nov 22nd to ask for my car back. My husband originally dropped the car off, and they provided an X2 loaner, and now they are saying we scratched the rim and damaged a tire and are charging $400+ for that. We would have noticed if we had done this and would've gladly paid if it was our fault; I do not recommend this service department, Nancy has been zero help with the loaner issue.
ADVICE: take your own pictures and video of any loaners like any rental company, our mistake was trusting them to be honest about car conditions.
Thanks to this experience, I will never buy or use this BMW dealership again - and I am in the market for a new car. Great job losing a loyal customer guys, your care really shows!

My first service experience with Fieldst. Chris was totally customer oriented, communicating and keeping me up to date. They addressed all my concerns and returned my car to me fully serviced and nicely washed. I had asked them to look at the windshield, and let me know what it needed to clear up some spots unremovable with normal cleaning. They just went ahead and took care of the issue, no charge, Excellent experience overall.

Process was good, people were professional, wasn’t happy that I was told car wash was another 45 mins, and I had already waited couple hours, so I had to pass on a wash, snack bar was nice coffee too, thx

Mark was awesome to work with! He kept me updated throughout the warranty repair process at Fields BMW. They replaced the rear differential on my M3 and even got BMW to cover it under warranty. The repair was done quickly, and the car drives amazing now. Highly recommend Mark and the Fields BMW team!

Today I went to this establishment to purchase a wiper blade for my SUV. My total came to $33.31 I gave the cashier $40.30 and I said to her is it okay I’m a penny short. She smiles and tells me it’s okay and then gives me back 6.99 in change. And she clearly has a problem with me because I was very clear about what I said to her and she acknowledged me and I’m very offended by her attitude and actions towards me and I am a African American black man and I’m 🏳️🌈

The third party appointment app that Fields BMW has apparently recently switched to did not have the schedules aligned to their internal systems. The app allowed me to make a 7:00 am appointment when in reality the service department at the dealership opens at 7:30 am. I arrived at exactly 7 and had to sit in the car for exactly a half hour. The rest of the experience was great, Jerry is a courteous and professional service writer who completely managed my expectations. Though changing tires plus alignment took longer than I had hoped, the communications was great and so were the accommodations at the lobby; great breakfast and WiFi / work space for getting work done.
