New Response: Correct, PCNation offered to sell another item. Said the item was going to be sold at cost. They offered a $6 discount. They Argued on the phone and compared themselves to Amazon, which they are not. Amazon would have exchanged the item. The item was unused. Very BAD service was received.1st Review: Horrible experience. Refuses to take back faulty merchandise due to overheating issue. Condescending remarks when called to rectify and exchange. This company does not care about its customers.

Item was not listed as an item to replace existing equipment as an upgrade. Turned out I had an old firewall that allowed me to still use what I purchased.

Ordered online expecting a quick delivery but after waiting for my shipping info for 2 weeks I called to find out that my order was cancelled without notification. Don’t waste your time with this website. Terrible customer service that does not care about your time.

Do yourself a favor and buy your computer pieces from Amazon, they ship fast and will refund within hours if needed. I bought a pack of memory RAM from PC Nation because they seemed cheaper than other places. I read the bad reviews about the store but I ordered from them anyway. Unfortunately I had to return my order and it took FOREVER for them to send me a shipping label. Then I had to wait almost one month to receive my money back minus their restocking fee. Horrible costumer service. 1 star is the lowest I can put

I bought a scanner that costed around 800 USD. I needed the address changed due to an emergency and Fedex told me I had to contact this company so they could change the address. I couldn't authorize it. The man I spoke to was a bit condescending but I tried to ignore it and focus on getting this situation sorted. I was told to email them the details of the order so they could change it. I gave them the Fedex Shipping Number, the phone number for FedEx, the new address and the current one.The email the guy on the phone gave me was undeliverable and I was given a different email. This one did work but I had not heard anything back from them and the address never got changed. I was told later about this issue to 'not get my hopes up' when I called. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to them, they seem hesitant to reach out to fix any issues. Not even bothering contacting you back letting you know if the issue was successfully solved or not. I usually am all for customer service works since I've worked in that job before. But they really didn't sound pleasant and no one even bothered contacting me. I'm now working on trying to get my 800 back from this company since the package couldn't be delivered.Would not trust this company. Give them an inch and they'll take a mile. Seems like they can't even be bothered to make an effort or even contact you. Which is the bare minimum in my eyes.

Package came very quickly. Although I did have issues with the projector mount. The included hardware did not fit in some of the bolts that I needed to adjust, which caused me to have to go find a security hex bit kit.

Received two back to back defective Intel NUC units. Had to email the company to get my second refund as no refund was issued after 12 days in which they received the returned Intel NUC. I also purchased a specific power cord for the Intel unit and included that in my return. The company refused to issue a refund for the power cord stating they cannot account for it. Shop elsewhere

They had opportunity to make it right, but chose not to. They are still selling a battery they don't have, strung me along since the February order. Called in several times in 10 months, always told I may get shipped from the next shipment. Other sites say major supply chain delay, so no other options. Then just told the order was cancelled in July. No offer to rebook order or offer to ship from next shipment. No response from Kegan after that point. Not a big fan if leaving negative reviews, but I looked at some of them today. My experience is when you see enough unresolved issues....beware.

I tried calling customer service or sales over the course of 3 days, calling 5 times each day, & it just rang & rang & rang. . . NO VM. They respond to chat only, it seems. They have a great price on a Furman F1500, but found out 2 days later that they are NOT an authorized dealer. Hence, no warranty.

Received defective equipment and was blown off. I called and nobody answered after waiting on hold for too long. I wrote to them on their direct website and received no response until one month later after I opened a credit card dispute. Now I have wasted a lot of time and effort trying to make the flange work for me only to be told to return the items for a refund which probably won't happen. First and definitely last time I order from them. Buyer beware! Order from somewhere else!
