Pella had to order a part to repair our sliding glass door, they scheduled a date to install, let us know two days in advance what time they would show up. The guys showed up within the window, were very professional, installed the part quickly and with no mess, and even fixed an additional problem we had with the door sensor, which wasn't part of the original work description. Great job.

Could not be more dissatisfied. Pella was aware of the part I needed for my casement window as I provided a thorough description, photos and measurements beforehand to identify the exact part to fix the issue. Instead, they charged me nearly $200 for a serviceman to come out for less than five minutes to look at the window in person. I only agreed to schedule the service appointment because I assumed the part would be installed at that time. Pella then sent a quote charging for another service call plus the part itself. I will now have to complete the installation myself.

The service call made by Jason was on scheduled in a prompt manner, and he was on time and very efficient. He solved my problem on a 22-yr old window unit, saving us a large amount of cost and headaches into the future. I’m very happy this service group is available from Pella.

Pella is garbage. Installed Pella Architect years ago, went bad in 7 years. Pella said sorry, too bad. Did nothing for me. Don't waste your money on Pella.

Received a quote from Pella for 4 windows and a side entry door. The windows were fine. The biggest issue was the door. They installed the wrong door!! They were supposed to install a glass door with no handle because we wanted an electronic lock which they didn’t offer. Order was placed, a follow up call was placed to us asking why we didn’t choose a door handle. That’s because we are buying our own with a key paid. They said OK not an issue. Come day of installation they install a door that is not compatible with a key paid. They say they cannot replace the door once it has been installed. The best they can offer is a new door at cost from Provia not even from Pella, which is more than we paid for the original door. So they sold me a Pella door knowing they will have a better markup over their use of a Provia door. There was failure on the salesperson side and management. I am still trying to resolve and get answers, but they have ghosted me. Pella admits to the call and acknowledges a mistake has happened but won’t resolve any think. Do not use!!

Please read. Pella does not make their own doors. They are supplied by Wausau Supply Company. Pella is the same as Home Depot or Lowe’s but they charge 5x more for an inferior product.I paid $11K for a “Pella” door and it arrived dented and scratched and after only 7 months, the paint is chipping! You can’t make this stuff up. For $11,000!!!! What? And here’s the best part, when I called Pella to use my warranty, they said it’s not their problem, and then I need to call the manufacturer of the door. When I pressed them and said I need Pella to handle the problem because I have YOU my money, they literally said, “Sorry, we are not going to help you.”Stay away!!

Extremely disappointed. First of all when it came time to install the windows, they were minus one window. Waited over 2 months for install time and now with missing one window I had to wait another month an a half. Have a major problem with windows. Supposedly the springs in the windows are too tight as I am told. Once you open them you can't lock them. Don't line up. So now I am told I have to wait until July 18th for the recovery team to come out and fix all the windows. 8 of them. My replaced Pella windows were 46 years old and worked like a charm until the day they pulled them out. Never had issues. So so disappointed. Makes one wonder IF "Pella Replacement Windows" are really Pella brand. In this day and age, one doesn't want to live with unlocked windows. I must say this though. The install was done very professionally! Awesome job inside and out!Services: General window replacement

I used Pella to replace (6) windows including trim and one door. I signed with them even through they were significantly more expensive because they promised to be out for the replacement by the end of Sept 2022. Lo and behold it is now March and the installation is still not complete. The windows that they did install are about 2” to small on each side. The caulking used to cover this was so thick it is now bubbling and peeling. The door they installed is dented and scratched and there is a gap between the door and door frame that is letting in air/rain/snow. They did not install the window sills and instead left the material in my garage and said the guy working on my drywall can install them. Which would mean paying my other contractor more for work I’d already paid Pella for. I had to out a stop payment on the financing and they still will not get back to me. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor and I’ve worked in the construction industry for 17 years.
