I go here because it is close but, i like how the pharmacy closed at 8… i showed up at 7 and everything was closed. Maybe change the hours if you guys aren’t gonna actually be open. That was the only time i could go.

I am getting more and more disgusted with this pharmacy. They always short my prescriptions and I have to make an extra trip to pick up 2 or three pills. Then they charge me for pills I have already paid for. Prescriptions are expensive and I can not afford to pay for pills I never received. They need to wake up!

This pharmacy is chronically understaffed for the amount of volume it gets - don't send your stuff here. It'll get filled but if you have any questions you're SOL - hold times are at least 45+ minutes long.

This particular Walgreens pharmacy in Northfield, Illinois, has been deteriorating for years. Indeed, it has earned a bad reputation among my medical providers. It seem that random chance or the store's most recent lunch break determine when and whether your prescription will be filled. If you have more than one prescription, more often than not they will be filled on separate days. The service is so poor and the staff and management's attitudes to indifferent to their customers' well-being that I no longer trust them to properly fill prescriptions. I do not know whether other Walgreens stores have fallen this low. I currently am deciding whether to attempt another Walgreens store farther from my home or just surrender to fate and shift my business to Jewel Osco, which never has let us down.

Edward, the Asian pharmacy tech was the most rude person I have ever met. He made sure 3 Caucasian people went ahead of me, claiming I was in the wrong line (vaccination line). After waiting forever, a great person "Daniel" took me in the vaccination line and gave me my medicine. The Asian guy looked at me with a big smile, proud that he made me waste 15 minutes of my time. Such a rude, horrible person!!!!

Every time I sign up to have my prescriptions delivered they never arrive. I have to call multiple times to get it corrected and the team is not very helpful. Don’t use this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is AWFUL. I have told them soooo many times that I am not my sister (when I try to pick up prescriptions) we have different names, different birthdays, different addresses! Today was the final straw. I went to get the RSV vaccine and waited 40 minutes only to be told that they can't give it to me because I'm not in the system, only my sister is. I waited as people who got there after me were seen. I asked about if I would be seen soon and they said yes. then yet another person went in front of me who arrived after me and thats when I was told they can't give me the vaccine. i asked why they didn't tell me that 40 minutes ago?? they just stared at me so I angrily left. don't go to this room pharmacy, they are rude and disrespectful and stupid. My sister lives in the city and I live in the suburbs, I don't know how many times I have to explain this to them!!

Have been on hold for 27 mins trying to reach the pharmacy. They keep putting me on hold. Really frustrating customer service.
